Hit and miss depends who u get over all good enough but don't expect a smile from the wicked female technician. She acts like she doesn't understand, is rude, obnoxious, and her face doesn't crack!! Don't expect customer service expect nails that r good enough but nail art isn't their strong point, couldn't even replicate a simple design from internet seriously!!

absolutely horrrrrific service! rude welcoming! and the nails were done on the Friday off by Saturday evening. I went back in to be told to sit and wait 50mins for a soak off I do not recommend at all...

Pro's the team do work fast and have a large colour selection
Con's staff are not welcoming, do not talk to customers, seem annoyed when your asking anything and prices feel made up when you have more...
Pro's the team do work fast and have a large colour selection
Con's staff are not welcoming, do not talk to customers, seem annoyed when your asking anything and prices feel made up when you have more than your standard full set e.g additional pedicure.
Overall if you know what you want and don't need customer service this place is fine

Long wait to get nails done, workers dont speak to customers at all, quiet rude actully, nails are okay but ive been cut on my fingers 4 times from them not being careful enough also the first time i went there my index finger and thumb nail were crucid... dont recomend tbh

Little bit of a wait to get nails done , girls don't speak much at all . But they are very good and quite fast , not a bad price either

Nail extentions looked good at first. I had a colour change and they were filed to remove the varnish, all bumpy on top and out of shape then. I removed them.
My own nails had been filed on top before...
Nail extentions looked good at first. I had a colour change and they were filed to remove the varnish, all bumpy on top and out of shape then. I removed them.
My own nails had been filed on top before applying the false nails, they are badly damaged and very thin. I have to wear varnish now and cut them very short or they are very sensitive.

Don't expect customer service expect nails that r good enough but nail art isn't their strong point, couldn't even replicate a simple design from internet seriously!!
