Thick, messy, nail varnish on my hands.
No refund. I sorted them myself at home.

Absolutely ridiculous. Such an awful job and the customer service here is atrocious. Had a lady start off my nails and asked for coffin shape Part way through doing my nails she got up and went to do ...
Absolutely ridiculous. Such an awful job and the customer service here is atrocious. Had a lady start off my nails and asked for coffin shape Part way through doing my nails she got up and went to do a pedicure on another lady that had come in. A few minutes later the man sat down to finish off the nails and filed all my nails bent when I told him they were bent he kept huffing and puffing which I thought was very unprofessional as it’s his job to get the nails to the right shape. Once he was done shaping the nails (to atleast a little decent looking shape) before he put nail polish on he randomly said can you pay now, to which I was a little surprised... half way through the job this man wants a payment and on top he didn’t even have the decency to say thankyou! I definitely will not be going back to this shop again.

I asked for coffin shaped nails .. and the man that did them ..did an AWFUL job. He put pinky sized nails an ALL my fingers. To make it worse I paid £25.!!! If that wasn’t bad enough the guy who done ...
I asked for coffin shaped nails .. and the man that did them ..did an AWFUL job. He put pinky sized nails an ALL my fingers. To make it worse I paid £25.!!! If that wasn’t bad enough the guy who done my nails couldn’t speak English so communication was just impossible.

£15 for infills, but what they fail to mention is that colour is not included, so I paid £25 altogether..my nail shapes weren't too great either.

Absolutely brill , been 2 times before and will continue going , I have acrillic done , charge me £23 each time for the nails and a normal paint , shellac and gel colour cost more , always leave with ...

Been going here for years and the last 2 times I have been very dissatisfied. Waited nearly half an hour, another lady came in and we were told to both sit down. I turned around and the guy was doin the other lady's nails. The time b4 that the young girl did a really poor job having had 3 nails literally fall off within 5 days of having them done. Smh. Won't be going bk there!!!!!

I went in to do my nails, appart from the fact that they prices are higher than many others, no one speaks English so hard to comunicate. My nails started falling off after 2 days, contacted the owner...
I went in to do my nails, appart from the fact that they prices are higher than many others, no one speaks English so hard to comunicate. My nails started falling off after 2 days, contacted the owner she gave my appointment to see them, went back in and she been gluing the same extensions back lol, they broke down the same day. Complete waste of time and money
