We really liked the staff but with 5 in our family group we would of liked to have everyone together on the same floor for services. We had some of our group on the 3rd floor & others on 1st floor at same time. Read Less

I went in the other day for a cut and color. I had Sarah and she did a great job! I wanted it to look natural so she suggested balayage and it looked so good! I have also been growing my hair out forever so I'm always nervous to get it cut and it looks sooo good, she layered it and it blends so well! Read Less

My hair stylist did a poor job. I couldn't tell in the salon for my seat was in the corner next to a huge window, so was too bright.. went home looked at it..there were spots in my hair where the brush hit...my stylist gave me an."ombre" which was poorly blended just bluntly looked like over grown roots after I told her I didn't want an ombre'...I was charged 180 for this "look"...I called to come back and fix....I was told by my stylist id be charged for highlights to fix t...he ugly root ordeal...so I called again the next day and told them.I'm not sure who to speak to but I don't think I should get charged to fix something I didn't ask for...and they told me I can talk to my stylist again...no I should of been told I can talk to the manager...so I just cancelled and went else where....this place is purely overrated and bad customer service See More Read Less
