excellent service! They had what I exactly wanted for prom and had to say I probably had the best nails at prom. I don't get why people are giving them low rates, they're amazing!

I've used this salon countless times with my friend as it's close to work and i can get my nails done on my lunch break.
Today, however, despite booking, I was left to wait 35 minutes before they started my nails. Then they rushed them as they had more and more customers piling through the door.
The lady took a chunk of my nail out when she was removing the last shellac. The shaping is wonky, there's gel on my cuticles which burnt my skin in the UV machine, the colour is patchy and the glitter isn't distributed properly.
I was very disappointed and didn't receive so much as a sorry for making me wait so long. And they charged me £17 for the pleasure of it when they told me it would be £12.
Luckily there's another nail salon down the high street so we will be using them in the future.

Not a very nice nail experience, left with a different shape than I asked for, lengths didn't match and all uneven. Not enough colour options compared to other nail salons. Nail technician cut me with drill twice. I felt uncomfortable in salon and it not clean. And to top it all off, my gem was stuck on wonky. Overall not a good experience!

Not a very nice nail experience, left with a different shape than I asked for, lengths didn't match and all uneven. Not enough colour options compared to other nail salons. Nail technician cut me with drill twice. I felt uncomfortable in salon and it not clean. And to top it all off, my gem was stuck on wonky. Overall not a good experience!
