I had my acrylic nails done here. It was a great disappointment! For such a price I would at least expect some type of quality, but instead I received poor customer service and poorly shaped nails that will in turn not come off for two weeks. This establishment is a complete and utter shame. The woman whom did my nails frequently talked to her coworkers. She filed down my original nail at the sides (which should never be done). She dragged the nail file along my actual nail a...s if it were a saw and my nails, the trees. She answered her phone while doing my nails and preceded to saw off my fingernails. My fingernails are now stubs from every angle. She often complained to her co-workers stating she wished to take a break. The women were talking horribly about a customer sitting a few seats away from me. The women filing my nails pointed in the woman's direction and discreetly said "she can kiss my yellow ass". It is safe to say I will not be partaking in these services any time soon. I could do far better on my own with a six dollar acrylic nail kit you can purchase at almost any convenience store. Worst customer service ever. We went to have 4 people get the works done, and my sister accidently dropped a nail polish and the guy threw the towel on the floor, blowing breath, when we offered to clean up... unbelievable! We left and went to granger and they were wonderful. Read Less

I went to have powder and gel done very rude staff, no respect. Do not use this place, feels like Iv been scammed of my money. The lady said come back if they break but when I did I was told I would have to pay another 25 after only 4 days when usual places last 4 weeks without a chip or break. 0/10. Read Less

Wish I had seen the other reviews before I had a gel overlay for my holiday. Like the other ladies my nails started to come away after 4 days. Looked a mess on holiday as one by one they chipped off. This is the worst nail salon ever, the old lady that is the owner is so obnoxious and rude. They advise you to ring and make an appointment and when you do, you find yourself still sitting there for nearly an hour still being unseen to. The quality of the nails are awful and constantly break, and when you go back to complain they charge you an extra £8 to fix the nail and if you can't find the previous color you used, they additionally charge you to take off and re do. They are scammers and rob you blind! Avoid them at all costs. Read Less

I've been to several nail salons and I always return to my favorite - Tanning and Nail Connection in Niles. When my friends ask me where to go, I tell them here because I've never had a bad experience. I usually go to Michael, Yen or Gwen - always good conversation (which is very important when you run a business which relies on customer service), always a fun time and always accomodating to my sometimes ridiculous requests lol I will post a pic of my most recent nail adventure with Michael in the comments :) Read Less

My french nails ( refils) started to disintegrate within 4 days, Absolutely disgusting. Bad quality, arrogant staff who have zero expertise in gel or french nails. I have had them done regularly for 20 years in Switzerland or the US. this place is the pits, keep well away, they have never heard of the word quality or nail art. They should get out of the business & return to where they came from. I have just had them re -done in the US & are absolutely perfect.- done by a professional. The studio in the US Were appalled about what they saw & the state the nails were in & the shoddy way they were done. Got my first pedi ever yesterday and while i think my toes look great im not sure if ill ever get one again it felt a bit rushed compared to my friends who got hers at the same time and the guy was a bit rough on my feet and actually scrubbed the side of my toe raw and cut it :( guess at least my toes are pretty.
