I have been going to Omarosa to have a gel manicure for 3 years now and always have experienced a personal and professional service. They've always manged to sort me an appointment for when is convenient and I'm more than happy with the quality of service I receive. I have had my gel polish lift or chip on some occasions, however, Omarosa always have provided a free of charge repair at very short notice so it's a win win as far as I'm concerned. They offer great advice about ongoing nail care and suggest products to assist with this but this is never in the form of a 'hard sell' tactic. I personally enjoy going there and if I could afford to go and have my sparkly nails done every week then I'd be there in a shot. Recommend 100% . Read Less

Booked to try here due to being busy working & they are open on a Sunday. Bianca was a lovely girl from the initial call to speaking on the phone after but if it wasn't for her this would have been a 1 star rating. I had shellac nails which had slightly bubbled when i was there however as they were shutting early due to their Xmas afternoon tea, I didn't want Bianca to be late & make too much of a fuss despite it costing £38 & not looking great. As soon as I got home one pee...led abit & when I had shower the heat of the water made the shellac bubble, I have pictured & it looked awful. Bianca thought it may be the polish & advised any problems come back for free however coming back for free is only getting what I have paid for plus I went specially to this salon due to being busy so after 1.5hrs getting them done I was concerned returning would be a waste of time again. I called Bianca 9am first thing the next day to advise how bad they were & she said the manager would stay redo. They suggested I needed acrylic soaked off first which they don't do so it wasn't possible for me to finish work, get soaked off & new shellac by manager for 6pm. So I asked for a refund so I could go back to where I usually go (they r normally shut Sunday hence trying someone different) & I was happy to return based on a discount possibly 50% next time to restore my faith in them, free toe nail paint or even eyebrow threading as a good will gesture. The manager won't be suprised to read this review as they weren't prepared to do anything which shows they don't care about their customers as what would any of these things really cost them? A tiny bit of time that is it! They were quite happy for me to cancel my December appointment & for me to not return. They advised apprentice should have binned polish as it wasn't setting right but this should have been my problem. When I went to my nail place they advised it wasn't that they believe it was they weren't dry properly. I know when the manager reads this message she will know who I am. I wouldn't have wrote a review, as I'm not that sort of person, if you had cared alittle bit more and dealt with this situation differently. I don't want anything now from you as it is too late but I simply want to warn everyone what an awful experience I had and will tell people who I know locally that get their nails done. I booked a pedicure for me and my mom to have at the same time, I told them it was for my moms birthday and they were brilliant made a fuss of my mom went the extra mile even though they didn't have to.fantastic staff would definitely recommend! Read Less
