Staff very friendly, however they take their time. They cut me and my friend. Me on two fingers my friend on ALL of them with the electric file. Some wonky, some oval, some coffin shaped. V is my number 1 choice! Every time I go in he's positive, energetic and fun! He always leaves my nails flawless, and the service itself is gentle and comfortable! I've been to other places before that were harsh with drills but V has a light hand - so even when I take breaks between having extensions my natural nail underneath is always still in great shape!! Had a full set of acrylics 3 days ago and they are already lifting at the sides and they look a complete mess !!! When I'm doing my hair it's getting caught under the acrylic... This should not be happening !!! Then when I asked the older male about one of my nails because it had a hair on he ignored me he said its under the acrylic.... Well obviously do it again !! And the hygiene in there is absolutely diabolical !!! Personally I wouldn't advise anyone to go there.. Vile place Read Less

Been in to get my nails done today 04/03/2016 what a nice visit. as soon as I arrived in the salon. I was greeted by staff with an hello. i was even asked if i wanted a drink. i never had to wait long straight away I sat down . The finishing result was fab. Awful place!!!!! Go at your own peril. These nail bars do use drills and they are all sometimes a little rude, so when people complain about stuff like that I pay no attention... This however is disgusting behaviour. The cleanliness is shocking and the technique by the older gentleman "Harry" is poor. He doesn't concentrate and catches your cuticle, often making me bleed and when buffing the acrylic down for infills he buffs too much and the nail of often left raw and it burns. Also he files too much around the cuticle area that I ended up with white ridges growing up through my nail as my nail grows. Each time I tried to bring attention to this, he comes back with excuses (in very poor English) like "I have to file or your acrylic will lift" (well no, the other places I have been have applied it up to my cuticle and therefore there's no need to excessive filing... Or, when he's burnt me and left a welt "that's your natural nail, it was there before" - errr... no it wasn't because I was watching you. Or when he catches your skin making you bleed, he just laughs!!! If you dare say anything, he will laugh at you and call you silly and the one time recently that I stood my ground was when he burnt me and left a white welt on my nail that acrylic just cant disguise, he tried to say that he had to get the acrylic off because I had asked for tips and when I tried to say that it was him burning me and causing the mark... what a surprise... he said it was there beforehand and then point blank refused to finish my nails off - OR let someone else finish me. I was left with raw, bendy, painful nails and having to drive up the road to find another nail place to finish the job. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I briefly stopped going about six months ago after realising that nowhere else actually filed them that excessively causing lines and no one else painted the acrylic over the nail to the point where I had to peel acrylic off my skin for hours afterwards....
