I love going to heavenly beauty, was apprehensive to go to a new salon when my previous one closed down but I needn't have worried as the staff are very experienced and Nancy makes going there fun, I go regularly for treatments now, waxings, pedicures, facials I wouldn't go anywhere else! Just had the worse massage ever! After a stressful week I was so in need of this massage so tensed thought I'd leave feeling relaxed! Nope ! After saying apply firm pressure several times the therapist did nothing just carried on ! Iv been here before with another therapist she was really good but this young girl never had a clue ! So I complained to the owner was told she's fully qualified and I'm just to stressed wtf ! Just cause she's qualified don't mean she's experienced!!! Had a spray tan- what a complete waste of money!! £25 !! It Didn't develop and when I contacted Nancy the manager she wasn't prepared to offer any form of compensation!! I was very disappointed as it was just before I went on holiday and it looked a complete mess. Avoid this place as they are very quick to take your cash but very poor customer service.
