I’ve been here 3 times now. I’ve never had a bad experience. I feel that the time you wait is great considering they are always busy. I’d only say that make sure you always tell them what you want otherwise there just carry on doing what there doing. Friendly staff and they are all very talented. I’d recommend. 👍🏼

I have been coming here for over a year now, never had any problems. Until yesterday I waited an hour and a half to get my nails done, I showed a picture of what I wanted because I wanted to trial the nails out for my wedding and got complete opposite nails to what I asked. Not happy will not be returning

The place is dirty, the nails lasted less than a week, the hybrid was glued to the skin. It’s a terrible place and they really don’t care about the quality. I’ll never go back. So disappointed & surprised that with their lack higienic they are still opened.

Got waxing done from here for the first time and the woman didn't have a clue what she was doing, first I told her the wax was far too hot and she ignored me and carried on, then she actually huffed when I told her there were still hairs left then very unhygienic, she was only using the one same strip when I asked why she didn't know what to say then only changing it. she left the wax strip by my head and it ended up in my hair also didn't talc first. She was very very argumentative only apologised after I actually said that's all I wanted from her. When paying she tried to charge me 50p extra for card when I asked I think for the experience you've given me are you still making me pay full price for all inconvenience she tried arguing and claiming I just wanted it free in front of all customers, very embarrassed I asked for manager by now she's raising her voice and said to me 'forget it, you leave the shop now' even calling me a bit*h in in front of customers as I left. She left me with red patches& sore broken skin. Most unprofessional service and business ever visited, will not be returning.

Had my nails done with acrylic and gel, the lady was concerned with how they looked more than the cost. She gave me very helpful recommendations and my nails looked lovely. I also had my eyebrows tinted and threaded, the lady that done them was very nice and lovely, eyebrows look great! Would recommend very good quality and the staff where very polite!

This will be my third visit to glitter nails in Shirley, I have been delighted with my nails each time I have been, the staff are really friendly and they actually make conversation with you, not only do I have my nails done I also have my eyebrows shaped prices are also good, give them a try you won't be disappointed, the young man does my nails
