The nail work was good, but the customer service was awful. I was made to feel like a burden for asking for an acrylic soak off. I suggest you do not offer these services to people who have had their nails done elsewhere if your response is to complain and make the customer feel unwelcome.

As a salon professional myself, I have nothing but positive feedback about Luxor Nail Spa. I was promptly greeted by two of the nail techs who were super friendly.

I went for the first time today. The guy working was able to fit me in even though it was busy and was super polite. He took my fake nails off without any pain or cuts. I will be going back soon !

The staff is very friendly and they do a great job every time I visit them! The prices for manicures and pedicures are very reasonable and they have a wonderful supply of brands and colors available!

My bridal party and I had the best experience at this salon getting pampered. They truly focused on us and made everyone feel welcomed. This will be the only nail salon I go to from now on. There customer service is impeccable and the nail service is spectacular.

There are 7 nail salons in my town that I know of. None of them compare to Luxor Nail Spa, so I am more than willing to make the drive to Hampshire. Always friendly. Always super sanitary. Always extra detailed. Always willing to satisfy me. Hands down or up and sparkly, the BEST salon I have ever been to! I have never had a technician I didn't like. <3 <3 <3

I absolutely LOVE Luxor. I went to 5 other salons before finding Chris and Stephanie. They are so kind and do fabulous work! I always leave with a smile on my face and the salon is always so clean. I get my gel stiletto nails filled, no-chip pedicures and a variety of waxing done here and I can't say enough good things about Luxor!

Went back on Friday for the first time in years and now I'm wondering what time so long! The entire place is fun and lively and everyone who works there is super friendly! Tris not only gave me a great pedicure but took time to fix a gel full set that was done incorrectly! Thank you!! I'll be back soon!

This place came highly recommended so I made an appointment for myself and daughter to get a mani/pedi. Showed up on time but it was 1215 pm before we were even greeted by a tech. The three other walk-ins (and I know this because I overheard them say no to having an appointment) were in chairs being worked on before us. Our water was cold with our feet before they began. The techs were both very nice I must say and I told her about my disappointment and she said she was sorry... and they have no control but the man who's name I forgot was in charge of that. However, she was able to help with removing a pesky ingrown but managed to cut me on my big toe with the cheese grater. She never even told me. I kept feeling a stinging sensation on my foot but I was now getting the mani and couldn't check. After being there for 2 1/2 hrs we finally left. My tech had left the building as well. I complained to the man that appeared to be in charged and he really didn't seem to care. Never again folks! See More

Went back on Friday for the first time in years and now I'm wondering what time so long! The entire place is fun and lively and everyone who works there is super friendly! Tris not only gave me a great pedicure but took time to fix a gel full set that was done incorrectly! Thank you!! I'll be back soon!

This place came highly recommended so I made an appointment for myself and daughter to get a mani/pedi. Showed up on time but it was 1215 pm before we were even greeted by a tech.
