I love this salon. I started here when Kieran first started all those years ago and never needed to go else where. The girls are so lovely,make time for you we have lovely girly chats. I have bought my 87year old mother here to have nail extensions she loves them. I also bring my Autistic daughter here for her hair Sam will pick a quiet time ,which is great no other hairdresser /salon has accepted my daughter and she loves it. We are made so welcome by all the staff it's lik...e going for a spa day out everything is there that you need from excellent hair, nails,and pampering time.I absolutely recommend this beautiful salon. Well where to start!!! I am absolutely appalled by this salon my mom came here to have acrylic nails on for her holiday and i have to say ive never seen such bad work. I had a phone call off my mom after she left the shop and she was really upset by the service and the state of her nails!! Now let me start by saying i am not a fully qualified nail tech but i am training. My mom came straight to me after this by the time she had got to me please bear in mind i only live 20 min...s away all of her nails apart from the ring finger were all chipped. For her to be charged £27 for something ive had to fix before she went on holiday is disgraceful!!!! For one the skin around the cuticle hadnt been touched so was sitting under the acrylic, her skin all around each nail was completely covered in nail glue with no attempt been made to get it off, the shape of the nails that had been made werent even the shape of her natural nail and the acrylic was way to thick to point there was a major lip by the cuticle area it took me nearly 2 and half hours to rectify what had been done to her and thats without painting them!!!! And after all this she was made to feel less important because of her age as a younger girl came in to the shop and all of her attention was being aimed at this girl!! I am absolutely outraged!!! Avoid like the plague. What a joke. My wife went here first time to have highlights they ruined her hair. She asked for ash brown and got a full head of blonde. When complained they said we would apply toner. She went back after a week and now her hair has gone all brown, because the Toner was left in to long. At the tune of £130. If she wanted a full head colour change she would have asked for one. Service was totally unacceptable the boss KIRAN total attitude problem. Sam the lady that did her colour what a joke. You might as well go in and not speak as she tells you what to do and customer has no say. What a bunch of jokers. I've now made three phone calls for complaint and no reply since. I don't think they will also. Anyhow I will be contacting them via solicitor for a full refund for this joke they performed. Amazing salon !! What a great place to go to have a pamper ! Staff are so friendly and welcoming! First trip to this salon today but it'll be the first of many to come I'm sure ! Had acrylic full nail set done and I absolutely love them, can't stop admiring them ! & Staff couldn't be more helpful they want to make sure you're happy with the end result, Listen to what you want and make it happen ! I went in to Simply the first time because I was desperate for a cut and only had an hour or so free and they could fit me in. I was so impressed by Sam the stylist, I went back for a restyle and a colour and it is the best colour and cut I've had. Sam knows her stuff inside and out and make you look and feel fantastic. I found this salon by chance when desperate for a cut. I had my hair cut and then was enticed by the nails. I have never ever had nails or maintained acrylics. After a great service I have now been coming for hair and nails for 4 months. I would really recommend this friendly professional salon.
