Utterly shocking. I booked an appointment for 9.30am, arrived to find it closed!! They finally opened at 9.55. I went in to be told that the owner was holiday and that they couldn't do pink and white like I had booked in for. Complete waste of time, will not be going back!!!! Read Less

Shocking two hours in ther having nails done for holiday couldn't even have them painted as didn't have enough time the first hour one of the ladies started my nails and then the other lady took over and pretty much re did all the prep of my nails. Glue all over my hands and cuticle area. Quoted £25 on phone when I booked and was charged £28 on the day and the last time was £29 so prices are made up and will get away with it if they can! My little finger was cut by the drill she used. Gel was all over my fingers . Awful I didn't realise how bad they were until I got outside and saw in the daylight. I called them and said I was not happy at all and was coming back to have them fixed. Luckily I got the girl who is normally there and she corrected all my nails. Won't be going back.Read Less

SCAM! this was the most unprofessional experience i've ever had. I came in an hour before they closed to get my nails filled - i'd gotten them done somewhere else and since I was on Lincolnway I'd try it out. I picked my color - she didn't want to do that color for whatever reason but I told her to do it anyway. then I showed her my nails, that were pointed acrylics (with a beautiful shape and not long at all) I told her i just needed a fill and to make them the length the...y were before they grew out. She told me short pointy nails look bad - I said okay thats fine just do them however short you think then. so she takes her clippers and cuts all the tips off?? and files the edges of my nails down to where the shape was AWFUL (i've posted public pictures on my personal page). I don't know what happened. Then she applied the polish but didn't go all the way to the edges or the tips., so if you look at them from the side it looks even worse. I get people make mistakes or that a certain style isn't their forte, but when I went back in today to get them fixed, she immediately starts yelling (while she has customers hands in her hands after we asked to speak privately) about how that's what I asked for so that's what I get. But she can fix it - which isn't possible because there's no nail left on the sides. At that point I didn't want her to touch my nails so I asked for a refund - which made her yell even more about how she's been doing this 20 years and she doesn't give refunds EVER.
