Nails are uneven and don't match. Pinky nails are two different sizes and the acrylic doesn't cover the entire nail. Told tonya(i believe that's who did it) and she kept saying "I do it my way). I paid $42 for a pedicure with gel polish. The second day the gel started to lift. By the third day it was all coming off. I would NOT recommend this place. WASTE OF MONEY! I couldn't even enjoy my pedicure because the guy smelt like body odor. It was gross! I will never go back! Read Less

I have been going for years now and never had an issue until today. The lady didn't even ask me how long I wanted my nails and pretty much did whatever she wanted. Even changed the polish that I picked from their collection and said it was too chunky and got a different more expensive nail polish than I had original picked out. So now I'm out $15 more dollars thank my sister that literally go the same thing as me but a different colo and can't even type on my computer. When asked to shorten them she was very angry and said they look pretty longer well now I can no longer put on gloves to work in the kitchen at my job. Never again never again. Read Less

Terrible service, they don't close for another 30 minutes, only 1 person getting her nails done but claim they're closed and won't do a fill. Apparently they don't care about business! Really terrible service, my nails are uneven, and the paint job is atrocious. I get acrylic with gel polish, was not properly cured. The nail is visible on the sides and bottom as the paint is very poorly done. I was only customer there, he seemed bothered by me having my nails done. I went to get my nails done there yesterday, i never get my nails done so i was excited to relax and do something nice for myself. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude to me, i asked him if he could do several different things and showed him what i wanted done and he said no with no explanation to every thing i asked, all i wanted was stiletto nails with black and gold paint, finally he agreed to sharpening my nails to a point after cutting them down very short, and he... charged me 5 extra dollars to do that, then 5 more extra to paint them how i wanted. I left the sallon with short, uneven, unspiked nails with only gold glitter tips, ill post a picture on the wall, they are awful and they hurt today, I've had poor customer service at places before but i never complain or give people bad reviews, but this guy was terrible and rude i felt like crying while he was doing my nails, i had to go home, take the paint off and have my sister refile them and paint the simple black and gold i wanted, giving this guy one star is being generous. I love this salon. The people are very friendly! They take their time and do what you ask for. I went to NY Nails and they completely messed up my nails and then I came here and Vicki fixed them and made them beautiful! I highly recommend this salon! Read Less

For a nail salon at the mall they do a great job! Only nail salon i go to at this mall! Not the NY nail salon they're way too busy and they don't even do that great on nails. They just quickly do your nails, they don't take the time to do then nicely. Read Less
