I've been going to E Nails for a few years and have always had a wonderful experience at each visit. I usually just do a mani, pedi and/or brow waxing and like I said, the staff and the experiences were great. Recently, I decided to try the lash extensions. Lena explained the process and applied them with speed and accuracy. They are gorgeous! She told me about microblading of the brows and I considered and ultimately said yes. Its great here its an up and comming salon modern clean and lovely staff. They all have their own style of hairdressing. Plenty of parking spaces and easliy accessible. Very modern designs in cut and colouring with experienced staff. Sue has always cut and coloured my hair and it has been fab everytime she really does the modern hair cuts. We were told on the phone a manicure with shellac was $23 and when we arrived at the store they told us the same. A classic pedicure was $23. After they started my niece was told for manicure with shellac and acrylic removal it was $38. Our totals were $81 each! I have never paid $81 for nails and toes even with powder gell nails put on and a deluxe pedicure at Woodlands nail shops. They charged $20 extra for shellac on both nails and toes, for a total of $40. When asked if my niece paid $38 to include nail removal and I didnt have nails removed, why is our charges the same, they lied and said her powder gell nail removal was free! Right, these shops do nothing for free. I had less service and was charged the same. I will NEVER return to this place. Bait and switch is their game. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE! My aunt and I went to get our nails and toes done. I called and asked them how much for a shellac pedi and mani and to take off the fake nails I had on. They said $5 to remove my fake nails and $23 for a shellac pedi and the same for a mani. Now I'm not math wiz but I'm pretty sure this adds up to $48. When we got ready to pay they said that will be $81. Now I'm not one to cause a scene so I paid it and came home and told my husband and my uncle what happened.... They went back to the nail place and told them the prices we had been given and the nail salon said well the price they paid is right. They will not give us a refund for the amount they over charged us. When the guy took my fake nails off he didn't even bother to clean the glue and crap off from the nails before he started painting my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I took my 13 year old daughter here yesterday for her 13th bday. We were having mani And pedis. When we sat down automatically they started talking and then 4 of the employees looked at me and my daughter and started laughing and staring at us while they did so. The lady that did my pedicure was ridiculous she didn't massage at all and sprayed my legs with alcohol after she had applied lotion..... The nails look decent. When I went to pay I had a Visa gift card on it with 100.00 and she ran it for 1000 dollars and then tried to tell me that I didn't have enough. I tried to explain to her I watched her put in an extra 0 she reran it but they had put a 10 hold on it for the first swipe so I was able to put 50.00 on it. I have been doing my nails for 17 years & I have never ever EVER in my life had such a bad experience like I did today. It started out with the pedi tub having nails in it from the previous customer. They cleaned it/ok no problem. Then I asked the nail tech if he could look for OPI strawberry margarita (color) & he said "I know that color but we don't have it." I said ok can you please get me something similar. Rudly he was like "Just go look for the color yourselve." I got ...up to look for it & it was right there. After my toes were done Louis (same guy that had just lied to me) did my nails. I noticed that my polish was running so I nicely asked him if he could fix it by filing it. He got up & said "I don't feel comfortable doing your nails anymore" & asked his coworker to do so. That co worker all ready had an attitude when walking over (I could see it in his face). He started going off on me that I was too picky and he didn't see what was wrong. My friend could tell how bad they looked and even husband my husband that knows nothing about nails. This man kept going off and off (being extremely rude to me). I paid for my "BAD" service and will never ever return. I will make sure I share my bad experience with others here in the Woodlands. I have been going here for years. Horrible service today. I had to ask the guy to trim my cuticles, and put on a topcoat. He also tried to charge me for services that were not performed or asked for. Then he decidedly to tip himself. Needless to say, I will never return! Read Less
