First time visiting Miss Madam today and I absolutely love my nails. Can't stop looking at them. Katryna (think that's how you spell her name) did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with the results....
First time visiting Miss Madam today and I absolutely love my nails. Can't stop looking at them. Katryna (think that's how you spell her name) did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with the results. They look beautiful and exactly what I wanted before going to my boyfriend's uncles wedding tomorrow. Thankyou so much! definitely returning again to get them done!

I came in today spontaneously to have my hair cut. It was damaged and was was needing some tlc. Everyone was so friendly and I didn't get the name of the girl who cut my hair but she was amazing and I'm so happy with my hair it feels so much more healthy since the cut and I will be going back to have it done their again. Also got my eyebrows threaded while there it was my first time having them done and it won't be the last they are amazing and I will defiantly be getting them threaded there in the future. Amazing team and will absolutely be my go to hairdresser and beauty salon from now on

TERRIBLE salon if I could give it 0 stars I would. The owner and her sister. were smoking weed around the back of the salon when i was smoking my cigarette. She then went back in to the salon, stinking and carried on cutting peoples hair. The salon is dirty and the taps had mould around the heads...They are very bitchy and talked about clients after they had walked out. The nail technician was staring at her phone the whole time and barely said a word. In regards to the hair cut and nails My daughter had done...well....the Cut was wonky and the nails (Done by Leah) fell off a week after. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SALON!!

Fabulous experience. They made my daughter's birthday one to remember. Leah who did my daughter's nails went out her way to give my daughter the unicorn coloured nails she wanted. Kayleigh as per usual was amazing at what she does and treated Sophie to the most amazing curly blow dry. We will defini be back

Had a pedicure done here with shellac and it was awful. The girl was nice to be fair but she barley did anything to my feet. She didn't even file/cut my toenails.

Had a pedicure done here with shellac and it was awful. The girl was nice to be fair but she barley did anything to my feet. She didn't even file/cut my toenails.
There was no proper blading or filing of the skin. The water was cold I put my feet into, also the place was an absolute mess. I dont think the place has been cleaned in weeks. Felt so unsanitary but was too awkward to say anything. The shellac feel of my baby toes after a few days and the rest after about a week.
Will never be returning.

Shocking and awful.Was with a friend and booked in for a nail appointment 40 minutes in advance which they assured would be fine. When we arrived, the staff looked confused as all the nail technicians were busy with customers. We were told by the nail woman that the appointment was with that she was running 15-20 minutes late. We bimbled around for another 20 minutes, returned, and she was still with a customer. Asked how long she was going to be and she said it would be another 15-20 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later. Customer was gone. After waiting for a few minutes for the woman to resurface, she declared that she was just going for a fag break because it has been a busy day.At no point did anyone ask us if any of the constant delays were okay or if we'd like to rebook. The woman stated she was going for a cigarette break and left - didn't ask us if we minded waiting longer. And there literally was not even one single apology in sight! Even after we said we were leaving because of the terrible customer service. The only reason I'm not giving one star less is that I never got to see what the finished product would have been like.Awful quality of customer service, rude staff, and inability to book appointments correctly make for a two-star review.

Everyone was so friendly and I didn't get the name of the girl who cut my hair but she was amazing and I'm so happy with my hair it feels so much more healthy since the cut and I will be going back to have it done their again.
