As i wanted some advice before treatment but they do not explain to customer and start talking to each other in their own language and laugh at each others in a bad manner.They make customer to feel very uncomfortable.I will never ever go there again.I wish I could give them a zero star. My mom and I went again to the amazing nail salon! We are driving typically for 30 min to get to the salon however due to the rain today it took us 45 min- it was worse it definitely!The Best place ever!!! AWFUL experience! The first and main issue is that they all talk to eachother in their own language making you as the customer feel VERY uncomfortable, they were actually pointing at me laughing. Secondly they don't listen to what you say I asked for them long and she gave me nails probably 1cm off my fingertip and they look disgusting! I was the last person in the shop and they were clearly trying to rush me out as all coworkers were stood round watching the women do my nails and the reason it took so long is because they were all taking and laughing loud around me and she wasn't concentrating on me the customer. While I was there they overcharged another customer and I heard them tell a customer over the phone they were shut when on here it says open till 7pm so that is missinformative when this was only 5.45. Overall they have gone very downhill since new management and i have a lot of friends who come here once a month but I will be advising otherwise. My first visit was awesome! My husband bought a gift card for me and I was very impressed! First impressions were of the beautiful decor! Second was the cleanliness of the spa, pedicure tools wrapped in sterile bags and everything was very clean! My spa lady was gentle and did a lovely job! Good things: - pleasant welcome, including offering water and wine... - comfortable massage chair - warm neck pillow - being offered a nail color palette instead of someone shouting "pick a color" from behind a mask while angrily filling someone's gel manicure, jerking his head toward a mess of bottles on the wall - pleasant, kind, attentive staff - beautiful decor - amazing milk & honey pedi - delightful head, neck and shoulders massage after pedi - let me chill after the massage instead of kicking me out of my chair. I'm just going to start out by saying. This place has a near perfect rating on here for a reason. Today was my second time coming here and because I'd had such a good experience the last time I decided to trust them with my eyebrows that badly needed some cleaning up. Brenda did my pedicure and my eyebrows and she was amazing, so nice, and professional. All I told her was not to thin and my eyebrows came out perfectly. I highly recommend this nail lounge as the employees are super friendly, take their time to ensure they give you the best service possible! I live in Humble and I drive 45 min just to come here! awesoms first visit and I will def be returning! The salon is nice and clean and very relaxing! The massage chairs are to die for! Cindy was very nice and sweet as soon as I walked in I was already assigned a seat and two wonder techs! Kevin did my nails n chan (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) did my pedicure! I asked for her to do something for me and she did it with no issues at all! You'd think by the look of the place that prices are way too high I walked out paying 75$ (which is normal for me) very professional very detailed and was never rushed! Omg! My mom and I went in for a pedicure and we both got the signature spa pedi ($55) and we just died. It was sooooo devine. Between the hot stone calf, the shoulder/neck and just everything. Wow.
