Charged an extra £2 for having a England flag painted with shellac despite this being not stated at the outset- seems like this was a last minute extra charge
Won’t be going again
Can I add in response to the owner..the review does not state she does not like the nails “reasonable job” but was surprised at the extra charge, the nail art was minimal (Red Cross on 4/10 nails) and not done to precision (done freehand and using a finer brush). Furthermore the prints were irregular. It’s also good customer service to inform the customer of the extra charge before carrying out the work.

Love this place. Helen is a nail genius. I love my nails and have never lost one in my whole time as a customer of Holyhead Nails. I would highly recommend. 💖💖 xx

Awful job on the nails, chipped after one day and began to fall off within 3 days. Customer service was really poor and they were very rude when dealing with a problem as well as accusing my sister of being rude after challenging them after the manager refused to fix a broken nail.

I just dropped in without an appointment and Helen did my nails. They are gorgeous and exactly how I wanted them. How did I not realise they were just down the road for the last 3 years. No more trips...

Went for the first time the other day to get my holiday nails done. The staff were friendly and the shop was quite busy but they fitted me in at very short notice. My nails are perfect and there were so many colours to choose from. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I've had my nails done a few times with really good results at other places I might add, went here the other week and was disappointed to say the least, they cut my real nails to fit the plastic acryl...
I've had my nails done a few times with really good results at other places I might add, went here the other week and was disappointed to say the least, they cut my real nails to fit the plastic acrylic tips that are not used at any other nails salon anymore, and they can't do the French without them, in my opinion they need to go back to training, I definitely won't be going here again, all these cheap nails salons are the same it's a shame the philapene people that come here to do nails are not trained up properly !!! 25.00 I paid too bloody rip off , Oh and a note to you.....we don't all like square nails !!!!!
