Very bad customer service from the lady who treated me probably not the best day for her but should be very careful when working with people, not professional at all and very unkind. I think she didn't have enough experience and seemed very fed up; my nails hurt now and the shape are different among them, plus she left my hands and nails very dusty. On the website says we can pay with cards, but it is not like that. Probably the team showed on the website is more professional and know how to do their job. As my first time visiting this beauty center my experience was not good at all 🙁 , I left very upset. So sorry for having to leave a very bad review.

My wife regularly uses this salon for acrylic nails and waxing. Also had her hair done there too, cut/colour and also great lengths hair extensions. She wouldn't go anywhere else, friendly, professional and experienced staff, relaxed atmosphere, on street parking and competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.

I have had a lot of waxes in my time and all I can say is that this was a car crash.
Never ever go here for waxing - I was recommended but this is by far the worst experience of my life

I have now got to go and get the damage fixed somewhere else!

Very bad customer service from the lady who treated me probably not the best day for her but should be very careful when working with people, not professional at all and very unkind. I think she didn't have enough experience and seemed very fed up; my nails hurt now and the shape are different among them, plus she left my hands and nails very dusty. On the website says we can pay with cards, but it is not like that. Probably the team showed on the website is more professional and know how to do their job. As my first time visiting this beauty center my experience was not good at all 🙁 , I left very upset. So sorry for having to leave a very bad review.

My wife regularly uses this salon for acrylic nails and waxing. Also had her hair done there too, cut/colour and also great lengths hair extensions. She wouldn't go anywhere else, friendly, professional and experienced staff, relaxed atmosphere, on street parking and competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.
