The owner is the worst , he doesn't know what he is doing , always rushing and not doing a good job . Predicting what people want , worst of money , only went again because i was desperate and other places were closed.Everything is literally bad , just rushing to take money and sometimes they put shellic without asking you which is more expensive obviously more money to them , i think think very pathetic !!!!!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Made me bleed twice whilst filing my nails. Both staff were incredibly rude and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Asked for gels and they used the wrong nail colour as well as painting the gel over my skin and cuticles. Do not go here!

The worst nails I've ever had! There is glue stuck all over my fingers, only got them done today and literally feel like taking them off! They are wonky glue everywhere and over priced!

WORST SALON IN COVENTRY AWFUL EXPERIENCE - This has to be the worst nail salon in Coventry. All they care about is taking your money. On two occasions I have left with nails that I wasn't very happy with. From the wrong length to the complete wrong colour.
The shop owner Peter is very rude when you want to request a specific nail treatment. Doesn't handle complaints.
After having acetone all over my skin/hands after removing nail extensions they didn't even give me the option to wash it off my hands.
Also they use toe clippers to cut cuticles! Everything is dirty.
Trading standards should investigate and perhaps close this place down.

Asked me to pay 3 pound for top coat and after I said no kept asking and asking if I'm sure I don't want it. Do not go here

Always Perfect No Mess Or Chipped Nails And Whatever You Want Done They Just Get Straight On It. Absolutely Lovely Chinese People Man, Wife And Daughter. I Would Recommend American Nails To Anyone.

Horrible services. Went to have my infills n pedicure. The services was a nightmare. I had a trainee doing my pedicure and she didn't av a clue of what she was doing. Cold water she used the whole time no topping up it took her more than an hour and a half to finish the horrible look pedicure . My infill nails so far 3 of them av chipped and it's less than a week old. The nail polish is cheap and is already chipping. Made me walk with no slippers from the pedicure seat to the front. The place was freezing cold and no heaters were put on. The sink was so dirty. All my nails av different shapes.etc etc not worth any money. Try it at ur own risk.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Made me bleed twice whilst filing my nails. Both staff were incredibly rude and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Asked for gels and they used the wrong nail colour as well as painting the gel over my skin and cuticles. Do not go here!

Horrible services. Went to have my infills n pedicure. The services was a nightmare. I had a trainee doing my pedicure and she didn't av a clue of what she was doing. Cold water she used the whole time no topping up it took her more than an hour and a half to finish the horrible look pedicure . My infill nails so far 3 of them av chipped and it's less than a week old. The nail polish is cheap and is already chipping. Made me walk with no slippers from the pedicure seat to the front. The place was freezing cold and no heaters were put on. The sink was so dirty. All my nails av different shapes.etc etc not worth any money. Try it at ur own risk.
