I've only been to Nails 4 U twice and I doubt I'll be returning after today's visit. The first visit was fantastic and I couldn't fault the place.
However I arrived at 10:10 this morning after ringing previously to see if they could fit me in if I arrived in 20 minutes - they said yes, so I went down... only to arrive to a full shop & a queue. I waited 40 minutes to be seen to and then the actual process of having my nails done took 2 hours.
I don't know if today was just a bad experience but I doubt I will return.

Brought my 6 year old sister here for birthday nails. They where gentle with her and chatted to her which made her feel comfortable as she’s very shy. She was absolutely over the moon with her nails and they made her feel involved asking her the colour rather than me. 10/10 would recommend, lovely staff, good prices!

Unprofessional, rude and extremely arrogant staff! People jumping the que, staff have no regards for customer services... This place can potentially be rated 5 stars for uselessness. Honestly don't see how this place can be so full as everyone I spoke to today sais it was their first and last time visiting this place!
The staff talk in a different language amongst themselves making customers feel uncomfortable. If you really still want to come here I'd recommend bringing a set of earphones and something to watch because you're definitely not getting a conversation out of these people, they do have a tv but it's constantly on chromecast not broadcasting anything, so you can't even watch that...
However there is a nail salon less than a minute walk from this place called Sally Nails who offer great service, amazing nails and make you feel valued!

Awful nail salon, rude staff who just talk about you in another language to each other. Nails aren't supposed to ache when they're done! I don't know how they have customers, argued with my mom about them not putting a top coat on her nails, they argued saying they had, and my mother isn't stupid, were very shouty and abusive about it. Would never go back, been going to nings in sheldon for over a year and she's brilliant!

I've only been to Nails 4 U twice and I doubt I'll be returning after today's visit. The first visit was fantastic and I couldn't fault the place.
