This was my seventh and final visit to Zen nails because Sam the nail technician removed more than half the length off my nails and was sloppy, insulting and self satisfied with his sloppy work! He left air bubbles and a human hair was left embedded inthe acrylic on my thumb. One hand has longer nails than the other and tomorrow I'm paying whatever it takes to reshape and correct Sam's series of mistakes when I visit a different nail salon. when I sat down at Sam's station ...this past Sunday I agreed to a slight nail trim because I receive more compliments on my nails when they are kept longer. Sam filed off much more than I agreed to and said people either lied to me or were crazy for having complimented me in the past. One of my nails were cracked since I own a large dog that pulls me hard on her leash and sam suggested I hurt my nail bed drinking at bars but I don't go drinking in bars ever since Im not a fan of that lifestyle. I don't drink period!! I think sam purposely ruined my nails so if he never wanted my business again he succeeded!!! When I showed the manager my ugly nails she had no opinion and wanted me to pay a whopping bill of fifty dollars and I gave her Forty for this uneven and ugly nail fill assuring her I'd never be back and I never will. He made my long, beautiful nails stubby and misshapen and his only retort to me was that nails grow back. Sam has no talent in nail art either!! He's lazy...rushes you in and out and lacks creativity and imagination. If you are seeking a boring soccer mom look and you enjoy being insulted definitely go to Zen nails!!!! Ver mais Read Less

I came for a mani pedi and brought my daughter and her 3 girlfriends for teen mani pedis !!! We had a GREAT experience.... I made an appt prior to make sure we can all get serviced at the same time ... They were ready ... Very helpful ... Very nice ... We had a nice time .
