I've been going to Marco Benito over the last few years for various treatments and they have always been fabulous! Recently I've started getting my eyelashes done again by Mandeep and she is amazing!! I always feel very relaxed and eyelashes look great!! Poor customer service from both counter and lady who did my lashes. I do my lashes from 5 years and it's never be so painful.That was my worst experience ever,also is overpriced and every time the price is higher(no idea why?) I did my lashes a few times in here but from now one I will avoid this salon.. I have been using this salon now for around 5 years, the service from start to finish is fab! Abby will always make some great suggestions for nail colours (especially when there are times they are short due to my bad habits) and she will always try to get me an appointment even though I often leave it to the last minute. Nails are usually done with Ebony who is excellent and very friendly, over the years I have had them done by Harman and recently Linda who are also fab and the shellac colours normally last 3-4 weeks. I have my eyebrows threaded and tinted and again excellent service and always great advice given. I would recommend this salon to all. Read Less

I have been going to the salon for 2 years now for shellac manicure & eye brow threading. It is a quirky salon with great staff. Abby gives great advice on the colours to have. Ebony does my nails and they are always fab and I receive lots of compliments on my nails and they usually last me about 3-4 weeks. After years of having my nails they had been left damaged and brittle by the use of drills! I have been having my nails done at Marco Benito for over 2 years now and I can't believe how strong and healthy they are! They do everything by hand so there is no damage to my nails anymore! The girls are amazing and my nails always look exactly how I imagine them to look! Since coming here I even tried threading! Really great eyebrow shape and really lovely staff. I told my threader that I am really fussy with my brows (having previously experienced them being threaded too much resulting in months and months of growing them back...!) and she really listened to what I was saying and threaded accordingly. Really happy with them and have been back quite a few times since. I don't think I would go anywhere else now. Plus, they are in a really accessible position near New Street Station so you can just pop in after work. Great atmosphere and they do other treatments too so I generally try to fit my eyebrows and nails in all in one trip! Will definitely be back. Read Less

Terrible eyebrow thread. I asked very specifically for only baby hairs to be removed. The therapist took way too much hair from the underneath making them much thinner than they have ever been and altering the shape. I have a good natural shape and like them thick and not looking too 'done'. I only have threading done to make makeup application smoother I never have them shaped. She dramatically altered the line and one is much thinner than the other. Did not listen to me at all and was very dismissive of my obvious upset. The salon ignored my email following the appointment. Therapist name was Jyoti. I would avoid this salon, it's essential that you listen to customers when you are working on their face, now I have to pencil in where she removed too much hair until they grow back, I would leave no stars if I could. Although it's normally best to pre book your appointment, I was walking by and went in on the off chance they could thread my eyebrows and they fitted me in.I was asked to lay on the bed and use my hand to pull my skin tight around the eyebrow. The woman then literally wrapped what looked like string around her fingers and got to work!It wasn't as painful as I expected and afterwards I have to say, my eyebrows had never looked so primed. As well as threading the unwanted hair, they also trim your eyebrows giving you a really fresh clean cut look. Definitely worth trying. Read Less
