If you're looking for that hour to yourself,pampering & relaxation a salon doesn't have that over powering nail smell & that's decorated lovely has a beautiful unique nail bar then Icey's is for you. To me Iceys is the best nail shop IN THE WORLD! I have never had a bad experience in the 2 years I have been going, I have always managed to be squeezed in somewhere if I have needed a last minute appointment. Customer care is through the roof as they have people messaging them for appointments 24/7 and could only reply when open but no you will get a reply within hours. Not only will you get amazing nails, you get advice and guidance too & I look forward to going to the shop and being pampered. I recently had a break from acrylics so haven't been since April, but I'm counting down until my appointment next week!! Every time I visit I'm also happy when I leave and throughly enjoy my pamper. I've tried other nail shops but there nowhere near as great. The atmosphere when you arrive is welcoming and all the staff will take time to speak to you. I've only been attending for just over 12 months and In that time I've never seen one unhappy costumer, in fact they always seem excited to be looking at others nails in order to see the fabulous end result and attention to detail which only shows the true excellence of their work. Icey has been doing my nails for 7 years and I can honestly say never in those 7 years have I had a bad job . Always goes above and beyond and now not only a fantastic nail technician who is extremely friendly and professional she's also became a friend .
