I will NEVER go to this nail salon again and would strongly advise others not to. I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but when you leave crying, it’s probably a bad sign. I’ve been going there for about two years, each time paying £31 to have the same thing done (I’m a creature of habit). I’ve had no problems, other than the nails are sometimes a bit hit and miss depending on who you have, but generally the staff have always been friendly. However, today I went in to the salon and as I went to pay my usual £31, the owner who I’d rarely seen before was there and told me it was £39 because I’d had rounded rather than square nails (which I’ve had previously, with no issues!). When I explained that I’ve been coming for a long time and have always paid £31 for the exact same thing, out of nowhere he proceeded to scream at me (I’m not kidding!) that I was lying and that he’d never seen me before. I still am dumbfounded as to what led to the level of rudeness and aggression he showed. I had merely tried to explain the above and was confused about the sudden increase in cost. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it and I was really shocked at his reaction. I ended up paying the £39 and leaving. Safe to say, I do not recommend - spend your money somewhere else. Read Less
