Great customer service, always so friendly & I love my gel nails and gel polished toes every time! They don't chip, turn out so pretty & I can literally keep them on for 4-6 weeks sometimes if I don't have time to make it in for a fill in & the polish still looks great after all that time! Very disappointed in what this place has become. It used to be one of the best places in town. The place is so loud and crazy it's not a place to go relax. The lady (not going to list her name) who did my pedicure really hurt my toe. She took a chunk of skin out or something. It's so red and swollen. The polish was very sloppy and all over the place. Amy is RUDE AS HELL. They didn’t wanna give me a refund for a piece of shit job they did Friday night of 11.17.17 after too busy arguing with another girl during closing. She literally told the girl, “no one looks at your nails that close.” What a disgusting and unprofessional response to a complaint. Certainly am not coming anymore after getting a toe infection once there as well! and I HAVE EVERYTHING, documented for those rude ass girls. I love Nail Palace mainly because Nate always takes the time to listen to me ask dumb questions about what I want even though he is extremely busy and he also stops by every 5 minutes to make sure everything is looking the way I want. ***Also shout out to Ethan who gives the best pedicure especially if you like your French manicure to be a TINY SMALL WHITE LINE instead of a giant Godzilla Line about 5” wide!! The reviews I have have read about Nate being rude...I have never experienced this; we are all human we all have bad days, I know I do most days; so cut him some slack!!! He has NEVER been rude to me! **** Not to leave out all the awesome employees - they are all fantastic, friendly and a joy to be around! I do not go anywhere else!!
