I have been going to the nailbar for years and also to the salon when it was still in the centre. I have had the odd occasion that the shellac came off after a few days but have been happy overall until this Saturday which was supposed to be my birthday treat from my girls. My nails are really short as I have been working in my house and wanted something not too sparkly. I arrived on time but waited for more than 15 minutes after which the girl that did my nails complained... about the women's really short nails she had just done and how stressed she was. I told her that the colour was wrong as I did not want it as sparkly but she argued and said it will be fine once the topcoat is added. She then got the sample out and said it is the right colour and called over one of the other girls who said that she put too much glitter on. It felt really awkward. They asked if it was okay, what could I say other than it is fine. It was supposed to be my birthday treat and I had other plans rather than having it redone. Very rude staff! My girlfriend and I went in for a trim. To start with, they were very rude, when I said what I wanted I was greeted with a bad attitude and my girlfriend had the same problem, they then started making fun of us in their own language, I know this because they were pointing d laughing and the woman doing my hair said "this is my punishment" and to top it off, she cut off way too much and made my hair look ridiculous, I will not be going back, and would definitely not recommend unless you like getting bad attitude and being made fun of in a different language Read Less
