My first visit today & I will most definitely be back! Had gel nails & a mini facial...I feel amazing! I’m geting married next year & will definitively be getting the ladies to help me look amazing!x

I have been a regular client of Utopia for the last 12 years and visit every 3 weeks for Nails maintenance with Sarah and Deluxe Pedicure with Chelsey. I have always been really happy and receive lots of comments that my nails always look lovely. The team at Utopia are great and I can highly recommend their service. Read Less

Good service and fair prices. I've used Sarah and her team for a number of years and they are always warm and welcoming. The service is great, they show great care and attention and a fair pricing structure. I wouldnt keep using them if I didn't trust them. I speak as I find and deliberately kept this simple.Read Less

I had an appointment on the 14th of July for acrylic nails and false lashes to be applied at Utopia before I went on holiday for 7 days. Everything seemed to go well during the appointment however later that day in the sunlight I realised that some of the nail colour was not evenly blended in and one of my friends pointed out that the bottom of the acrylic was extra thick around the bottom of my nail and that excess bits of acrylic had been left around my finger which looked untidy. I was leaving for holiday in the early hours of the following day so wasn’t able to go back to the salon so hoped that they would last at least as long as the holiday. During the holiday one of the nails fell off and then a second one on the day I returned home. I called Sarah (who did my nails) that day to inform her what had happened and asked for a refund and the manager Lorraine later emailed me with an appointment for the 25th. During the appointment I asked for the nails to be removed as I did not want to have continued problems with them and I also asked for a refund as I was not happy with the product and my nails now look awful and are painful. No refund was given and I was told rudely to leave. After leaving the salon I decided to leave a review on Utopia's Facebook page with my honest opinion about the customer service and quality of the products provided. The response I got from my rating on Facebook was that I had already been told about the seven day refund etc, which i hadn't. This was then quickly deleted and replaced with 'thank you for your feedback'. My boyfriend had seen the quality of the nails and heard about how I was treated in the salon and left a review with his views on the situation, products & service. On Friday the 29th of July, Lorraine, the owner of Utopia used my boyfriend’s Facebook page to find out where he worked and call his manager to complain about his review on her Facebook page, and to tell him to 'think about who he was employing'. My boyfriend’s manager said that he was entitled to his opinion but asked him to call Lorraine back to resolve the situation. He called her back but she was sarcastic and just laughed at him. She then threatened to get her solicitors involved and take legal action against him, she then went on to say how she would give him bad publicity over social media and 'end his career' if he did not remove the review, which he did as a result of her threats. Lorraine also left me a voicemail on the same day to call her back, which I did. She argued that all of her staff had told me of the seven day refund policy, yet only two staff were working that day. Lorraine then went on to laugh sarcastically whilst I was trying to put my point across as to why I deserved a refund and was not happy with the service. I eventually thanked her for her time on the phone but had to end the call as I felt she was sarcastic, rude and we were not able to resolve the situation satisfactorily. My overall experience with Utopia and the staff was quite simply shocking. Not because I wasn’t offered a refund but because of the extremely poor service / after care experienced. The products were of poor quality and the attitude of some of the staff was appalling. I will not be returning to Utopia and I most certainly would not recommend it to anyone in the future. I understand that issues can arise however the way a company deals with the issues is truly a reflection of their business. Read Less
