Went for my birthday, really dissapointed. The lady clearly was rushing, they offered very little such as patterns or color change. The lady left so much gel being my nails which meant I spent the rest of the day trying to pick it out. I asked for square which she did but not one matched and all were little slanted. I was so surprised when they said the price. I really should of complained as for £48 I was really dissapointed if I didn't have lunch plans I would have complained and got them to do it but I really didn't want to stay there and complain on my birthday. 1 week in 2 of them have snapped off. I usually get 3 weeks, clearly not with these.
I really wouldn't bother going if you want decent nails, there are cheaper places that do better jobs. Nails4u half the price and probably a better job.

Felt very rushed, nails not cleaned up underneath at all and it was very expensive compared to others who offered much better quality and service.
It's a shame really just left feeling disappointed.

The best Salon experience ever ...I love having my nails done by Leeanne and I there is always laughter and banter . My nails have never been better and I cannot recommend VIP enough .

Great place to be pampered, the staff are so friendly, I have my nails done every 3 weeks and the service they provide is fantastic, I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants to be pampered

Amazing salon amazing people! So friendly! I had Shannon do my hair I had highlights, Infills, cut and finish! She was lovely and very professional! Really good value for money! All the other staff were so welcoming and friendly to even though I wasn't their client! I will highly recommend this salon to everyone! One very happy customer!

Had my eyelashes done today by Charlotte. I am not a lashes beauty salon kinda girl but when I went in for a patch test, and for the treatment today I have loved it. I have been helped and advised but not pushed into anything I didn't want to get. SO happy and can't wait to come back on the 18th!!

Had to go back twice as they had missed patches at the front of my hair when they bleached it. Didn't even apologise.

Went for my birthday, really dissapointed. The lady clearly was rushing, they offered very little such as patterns or color change. The lady left so much gel being my nails which meant I spent the rest of the day trying to pick it out. I asked for square which she did but not one matched and all were little slanted. I was so surprised when they said the price.
