Excellent service! The pedicures they do are the best I've seen. They never rush and take their time to do a great job. Slightly pricey to have the gel finish, but nice to do as a treat.

I will never ever go back to this place. Customer service was horrible. I am not hapoy with my nails what so ever. I will stick to Palace Nails.

Waited forever, water got cold, my guy got up to leave for a phone convo multiple times. It took 2 hours for a mani/pedi as the same person did my nails AFTER my pedi. Two days later, 8/10 of my shellac was chipped. I'm livid I wasted my time and money here! Thought I'd save 30% for their new management special but I'll be sticking with Mod Nails where my shellac (that I only occasionally get) lasts a month!!

I went to have my acrylic nails done today and they were amazing. They didn't rush, they took their time, they made sure everything was perfect and then the lovely lady was able to free hand me some beautiful nail art. 5 stars!! Well certainly recommend!!

Save your $65 ladies. I ignored the FB reviews and listened to the google reviews, it was a very expensive and painful mistake. Expensive because I had to pay elsewhere to have my nails redone, painful because the technician here filed my natural nails to the point of leaving them very thin and hurt. They gave me crooked nails and applied powder on my skin, which was very painful to remove. I'm very sad I wasted my time, and Am in physical pain.

I tried this place as I heard very good reviews. The wate for my pedicure was cold. When getting a set of nails she was doing a great job then started rounding the edges which isn't what I asked for so I had to spend an extra hour having them correct it. The interior is stunning but the service was not as I expected.

I was excited to try this place because I had heard good things. Maybe today was an "off day" but I will NOT be back. The pedicure was not good at all: the water was cold. When I said something the lady felt it and kept on like it was no big deal. The HOT stones were COLD. Need I say more? The worst part of the whole experience was that the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. I couldn't run out of there fast enough!!! Definitely NOT impressed.

Waited forever, water got cold, my guy got up to leave for a phone convo multiple times. It took 2 hours for a mani/pedi as the same person did my nails AFTER my pedi. Two days later, 8/10 of my shellac was chipped. I'm livid I wasted my time and money here! Save your $65 ladies. I ignored the FB reviews and listened to the google reviews, it was a very expensive and painful mistake. Expensive because I had to pay elsewhere to have my nails redone, painful because the technician here filed my natural nails to the point of leaving them very thin and hurt. They gave me crooked nails and applied powder on my skin, which was very painful to remove. I'm very sad I wasted my time, and Am in physical pain.

I tried this place as I heard very good reviews. The wate for my pedicure was cold. When getting a set of nails she was doing a great job then started rounding the edges which isn't what I asked for so I had to spend an extra hour having them correct it.
