STAY AWAY! If I could give them zero stars I would. Went here for my daughter's 11th birthday and she and I both HATED it. They were very pushy trying to upscale us (to the point where she made my daughter cry!), when I said no over 8x- they were very harsh to my daughters toes, gave her a bad pedicure and made her cuticles bleed. AWFUL! I see the bill on my bank account 2 days later- $150 for 2 basic pedicures!! WHAT?!?! It was $40 with a $10 tip ($50) and THEY ADDED A $10...0 TIP FOR THEMSELVES! If I could not give a star I would. Worst place I've ever been to. Do not go here!!! My sister and I went in to get a basic pedicure.... the ladies kept asking and asking if we wanted gel polish. Even though we kept saying no, they still continued to ask. They finally gave up. My sisters pedicure turned out okay and she enjoyed the message. But When she left the nail salon the color chipped before we even got home and some of her nails weren't even painted all the way. NOW ...time for my pedicure experience. When the lady was cutting my cuticle beds, she cut a chunk off my pinky toe and had the nerve to say I have really thin skin and it happens all the time. NO it does not!!! YOU cut a piece of my skin off!!! Then she brought the wax out and pratically burned my feet, I said it was too hot. All she did was run a little bit of water on the bag and said I have very sensitive feet, it's okay it helps the skin. When the whole "experience" was done, I head home and the Polish is already coming off. I had to buy polish to paint over the job they should have done in the first place. 80.00 down the drain!! I went in to the spa and I told the young lady that I wanted my eyebrows done and a full set my nails look horrible there to sharp and very uneven I told the lady doing them they had to be perfect for my wedding on Saturday and sad part she still expected a tip I will never go back over charged for what I got. Horrible Prices...... Horrible Work......... Overcharged for what I got... Got a mani pedi for my daughter and I and the total with tax and tip was $250.00... By far the worst mani I've ever had. My friends and I came into the store last night because our regular nail salon is closed Sunday's. They kept adding things we didn't want to our pedicures and I asked for a "solid" color in which I was told ombré was better. She pretty much forced me into everything I didn't want after saying no thank you at least five times. I finally got to the register to pay for my mani pedi and I almost choked when she said my total was $115!!! Are yo...u freaking kidding me! My girlfriend paid $250 for her daughter and herself. They begged for cash and demanded a 20% tip. I walked outside angry as hell and realized that my nails looked horrendous. Half my nail wasn't painted and they were chunky and had bubbles in them. You can also see the brush strokes from what they call "ombré". These idiots basically robbed me of $115.00. The pedicure I received was atrocious. The nails aren't even, they just cut them so they wouldn't be long and didn't bother about the shape. I got a regular gel manicure when I asked for a French tip and none of them are even. They cut them too short and they put 3 coats of gel and two coats of top coat. He kept forgetting to turn on the machine. They all were talking amongst each other and turning away from they're work. They charge too much for the quality they provide.
