I cannot explain in words how horrific both my experiences have been here all the people are so rude they do not make conversation with you at all. When they fial your nails they are bruital and painful. When they fial them with this handheld machine it burns and it is painful. Once they are finished with putting the acrylics they rudly tell you to wash your hands. When they paint your nails they do an awful job it is lumpy uneven and super messy. They then push your hand under the dryer chipping the nail polish then shout at you for chipping them. Once you are finished they demand the money they won't give you time to get money out. The place is messy and dirty There is so much dust I cannot explain. They also cannot look after there children. They were letting there kids threaten me and my friend by spraying kitchen spay in our faces, throwing balls and books at us but they did not say anything. They were happily watching and laughing while putting my friend in pain. Also they were pinging elastic bands in her face and causes her lots of pain. The previous time I went they were so brutal with the fial they they have actually cut my finger open by my nail bed. There is more the say but not enough time or space to explain it. After all this the end result was horrific, messy and not worth £20 let alone any money at all. I hope know one makes the same mistake as I did and go there or waste your money.
