I was visiting Leamington and nipped in to have my nails done, really pleased with my experience there. My nails are perfect the standard is excellent, really love my nails, I will be going back again...
I was visiting Leamington and nipped in to have my nails done, really pleased with my experience there. My nails are perfect the standard is excellent, really love my nails, I will be going back again I don't mind the hour drive well worth it.

I went today 19th may, with my two daughters, all the staff were lovely,very chatty, and took time with you, would definitely recommend,will be going again very happy with service.

there are mixed reviews on this nail salon but despite this me and my friends decided to try it out anyway, firstly i would like to say that i do really like my acrylics, they are really nice and i got an ombré with glitter on my ring finger for £23 which i think is quite a cheap price. However, we probaly won’t be returning due to a few facts, as this was the first time that any of us had got our nails done we expected a little more guidance, the workers were rude when asked for help and i couldn’t understand what they were saying on a couple of occasions, we were in the shop for over 2 hours also. my friend and i asked for certain designs which they couldn’t do so then when we simplified it they proceeded to just give us one colour instead of an ombré, in the end we did get it but we were left wondering if we were going to get it or not due to their lack of communication. the person doing my nails cut me and making me bleed and did not apologise also. one of that main things which shows the hygiene of this place is that whilst doing my nails the person needed a tissue, so despite rolls of it being beside them they reached into the BIN to grab a napkin with muck and residue from the bin on, this made me feel absolutely sick and disgusted the fact that they took it out of the bin to clean the nail file or other. one of the workers also made me feel very uncomfortable by staring at me for around 5 seconds before going back to his client giving me dirty looks; it made me think maybe they thought i was trying to steal something which made me feel very uncomfortable as you would imagine. in conclusion despite the disappointing service for what would be expect when paying over £20 for a manicure, i do like my nails and am happy with them for my first time but next time would maybe go to one of their competitors as the workers didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and did not understand value of good customer service.

One of the best nail shop to go to in lemington had my infill done there many time and they offer u cup of coffe as part of the service ...very good place will be going back to get my infill

Got my nails done here just over a week ago, knew I regretted going there instantly as soon as the guy was rude and gave me evils each time I spoke to my friend next to me, he’d fill my hand (hard) and huff and puff at me. He cut me a number of times, which has in fact caused a slight infection on my right hand. The nail extensions were too big, they actually hurt!! The gel was too thick and completely missed shaped. None of my nails were the shake shape. After three days I started catching my hair on the nails only a few days after they started falling off, I went back on 6/03/18 with only FOUR nails remaining on my nails, i waited over an hour to be seen to then when I was I explained the situation and asked if they’d just fix it as I paid £30 and only had them a week and they wanted to charge me £30 again or £8 to remove FOUR nails, four!!! I’m disgusted, after their reply they instantly started talking about me.. I was so embarrassed. I won’t be returning.

We have been coming to this salon for years and on all occasions have had the woman do our nails (my mom,sister,cousins). It's been pleasant. Up until the husband of the shop owner shouted at my mom and told her to get out when he didn't understand her instruction. HE IS RUDE. DO NOT EVER GO IN THERE. They are ignorant,rude and very unprofessional.

Very disappointing!!
My first shellac manicure went terribly wrong!
The nail polish went of just 4 hours after the application.
Staff was so unprofessional 😐

Disgusting place ! Did u know that they keep the nail polish remover and use it on more than one customer ?! They are RUDE and they shouldn't be aloud to take money of people for services they cannot ...
Disgusting place ! Did u know that they keep the nail polish remover and use it on more than one customer ?! They are RUDE and they shouldn't be aloud to take money of people for services they cannot provide. Surely the health and safety inspectors will be pleased to do something about that, as I already contacted them! These people are using off products on people's nails, and I'm gonna make sure they're going to pay for this! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OVER HERE! there was 2 more ladies complaining about the way they were treated and the "manichure" they received.

Got my nails done here just over a week ago, knew I regretted going there instantly as soon as the guy was rude and gave me evils each time I spoke to my friend next to me, he’d fill my hand (hard) and huff and puff at me. He cut me a number of times, which has in fact caused a slight infection on my right hand. The nail extensions were too big, they actually hurt!! The gel was too thick and completely missed shaped. None of my nails were the shake shape. Up until the husband of the shop owner shouted at my mom and told her to get out when he didn't understand her instruction. HE IS RUDE. DO NOT EVER GO IN THERE. They are RUDE and they shouldn't be aloud to take money of people for services they cannot provide. Surely the health and safety inspectors will be pleased to do something about that, as I already contacted them! These people are using off products on people's nails, and I'm gonna make sure they're going to pay for this!
