STAY WELL AWAY ! Went in about 2 weeks ago to get my nails done, worse nails Iv ever had in my life ! And Iv been to many nail salons world wide. The woman was very rude and rushed me and when I asked for a more of a flat shape she said I couldn’t have that as my nail beds were round , even though Iv had them flat before !? my nails are now wrecked from this place and I have been in a lot of pain! And not to mention the don’t use nail acrylic but DENTAL ACRYLIC! Please stay well away wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I have! Plus they only lasted a week and a half! Read Less

First and last time I will be visiting and getting my nails done. The women who I had doing my nails was very rude, she is not careful, and was really hurting my fingers as she gripped them too hard! You ask her a question, and snaps at you. I asked for almond shaped nails, most of my nails were, besides about two which were coffin shaped don’t know why. My nail varnish itself had not dried but was told it was and to basically leave. All my nail polish has lifted up, smudged and ruined...£25 wasted on nothing. I am not a happy customer. Read Less

Do not get your nails done here! I have had to go to another beautician to fix the awful set of nails. Really unprofessional, the man cut me several times, and filed the sides of my natural nails so they are painful. Several nail tips were not straight, and when I asked the man to rectify it his colleague jumped in asserting that it was in my head.. I have been getting acrylics done for nearly ten years and I have never had such an awful looking set. Read Less

I'm so disappointed as the first 6 times I came here were good with the lady who runs it but the last 2 times I've had a new girl who made me bleed and the cut lasted a week on my finger and was so sore! I went today and had the same girl, hoping that it was just a bad day the last time but it was awful today! She squeezed my fingers that tight that she's bruised my thumb and I kept telling her but she didn't understand me, this happened 4 times. She took an hour and 40 minutes for infills and she blobbed on that much nail polish that it's dented since I've left the shop even after sitting under the dryer for 15 minutes! Very disappointed!!! Been here 3 times now, each time I've been so pleased with the outcome! Always do my nails exactly how I want them, the right shape and beautiful colours, all the workers are so polite and it's a great service. Without a doubt the best place I've been to have my nails done. Definitely recommend here!! Read Less

Been here 3 times, the 3rd was a total nightmare, the person that did my nails was so rude, rough and he cut me several times. My nails were discussing, they had marks on them, were uneven, and just didn't look like a trained technician had done them. When I told this person that they looked odd he said it was my fingers. 2day myself and daughter in law went back 2 have them removed. We went 2 another shop and had a new set which are fantastic... . we will never be going back 2 such horrible people that just seem interested in the money, and not doing a good job !!! Read Less

I have had my nails done her 3 times each have been at a good standard. But last week me and my mother-in-law both had a set of nails which to be honest, looked like a beginner had done them. I was so upset, when your paying nearly £40 for nails.. You expect the great things. So today we went back, and said we weren't happy. Two young lads that work there offered to take them off for free. So we agreed, and had them taken off. I was cut several times, which really hurt! Not all the of acrylic was even taken off. Second time coming here and wouldn't use anywhere else the staff are so friendly and will do any design you come up with, they even accommodated my 6 year old daughter yesterday and painted her nails so she felt part of it.
