Too expensive. 190$ for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. When I asked why it was so expensive they said that the shellac polish is 25$ EXTRA! That's ridiculous for a POLISH! So that's 75$ I had to pay just for shellac color. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Read Less

I have visited this nail place as a regular (every two weeks) for months now and am saddened to have experience the worst customer service on my last visit. I had visited the salon on a Friday for an infill on my acrylic nails as always however this time one nail broke on the Friday evening. I came back on the Saturday morning to get it fixed and this is where it all went wrong. Firstly I was paired with a lady who does not do my nails, she done a terrible job and tbh I do no...t think she is a bad technician I felt like she was being rushed through the job in order to serve other customers waiting. It's ok, A kind of bad nail I can deal with. As I went to leave I assumed like any customer who has purchased something that has broke as little as 5 hours later this nail repair would be free. I have paid for nail repairs in the past, nails that have broke 5,7,10 days later yes. No I was stopped and asked for a payment. When I explained I felt like I shouldn't have to pay (the $4 charge is small but it's the principle.) I was rudely and abruptly told by the manager that I have to because it's completely my fault. When I say rudley I mean so that I was taken aback she would speak to me in that manner in front of other customers. I am not a newbie I have been going to the salon for months. I stood my ground and she said that they would cover the charge this time only. I took the gesture kindly and left. To ad more insult the matter I called two weeks later to book my infill appointment when I was told I can't until I pay outstanding 4$ on account!!! I explained to the receptionist who claimed to be the assistant manager my story and she said and I quote "well you've obvious already told them your story so eh." Completely dismissing me as a customer. I'm completely in awe that a company has willingly thrown away a good relationship with a loyal customer giving 49$+ to their business bi weekly over 4$. This place is a joke. I wouldn't bring my dogs here. Place looks nice but that is it. 55 bucks to have my calluses removed with a nail file looking Mickey Mouse tool?! It took the lady less than 5 minutes to cut my cuticles and it's been 2 months since my last pedicure..during the 5 minutes the lady did find time to cut a chunk out of my toe. The reviews rant about the Sanitation?! The lady went with her gloved hands to get the "nail" file exfoliating device, touches the counter to come back and touch my bleeding toe. Then splashes the dirty water that has "cleaned" the clippers, and has whatever else in it on my legs and my bleeding toe. I'll probably get some infection or cellulitis of my toe... the reviews do not lie...looks like I'll be back to my usual place tomorrow...so sad they are closed on Sundays. Read Less

Pretty salon, but poor quality. I got the Shellac in a nude color, and though I pointed out the flaws during my service, they weren't properly fixed...resulting in uneven and bumpy polish. And I wasn't going to leave this review, but my shellac just fell off of 3 nails and I was just there on Sunday! I appreciated the discount for dissatisfied service, but will not be returning! It's May, so I've been coming here for a little more than 6 months. Everyone is friendly and professional. If you have an appointment, they almost always are on time or ready within a few minutes. Kaylin is wonderful both on mani and pedi but she doesn't do the liquid powder artificial nails so I have to use another technician. He tends to rush and I occasionally have to ask him to correct places where he has polish on my skin. All in all, prices are very reasonable and I happily return. One thing though, you can't add a tip if you charge/debit, so bring cash for tips, but if you pay for services in cash they offer a 5% discount. Read Less

By far my favorite salon in clear lake. I've been coming here for 3 years now. After the renovations, I refused to go anywhere else. It is beautiful, relaxing and just what I need when I'm looking to get pampered. The Tech's are all great, receptionists are sweet and good at developing rapport with customers. I get a hot stone pedi and acrylics just about every other week. Also have got a wax there before for a special occasion, would definitely do it again. Just don't have the need to at the moment.
