First time getting my nails done in awhile and I felt completely rushed picking a color, when asked the shape of my nails I felt rushed so I picked something not knowing they charge you more. Just got them done like 45 mins ago and very UNHAPPY. Was told the only charge $25 for a full set, and ended up paying $46 with tip. I love the colors of my nails but now looking at the shapes I’m so disappointed and unhappy about them. They are uneven, misshaped and really bad looking.. You get what you pay for. Or at least that's what I keep telling my daughter. She and I will not be returning. Their product they use for acrylics is crap. It's definitely not Solar. Very very disappointed today. Checked the price before sitting down I was told $25. When I went to pay I was charged double plus a ten dollar tip gotten out of my card without even discussing with me! The tech rushed through my nails and they look worse than before. What happened to professionalism? Please let your customer know what to expect. No surprises please because times are hard. No wonder the place was empty! Read Less

I used to love coming here but the last few times have been major disappointments. I took my daughter to get just her toe nails painted because her dad had just taken her to get her fingernails done 2 days prior and the lady took off her brand new fingernail polish when she was taking off her old toe nail polish then didn't stop when I told her not to. Then they tried to charge me for fingernails too. The lady who did my pedicure left the previous color on a few of my nails d...idn't bother to remove all of it before she started with the new color. Last time I got my fingernails done with gel they were so thick people were asking me if I had acrylics on. I went here for 8 or 9 years but lately I feel like they are so rushed and if you don't get gel polish then they don't care about customer service. Also I can't stand the girl who works the front desk. My nails were wet I had one hand under the uv light and one being painted and she came and gave me my receipt and asked me to pay. I told her I'll get it in a minute because my debit card was in my back pocket. She came back literally 30 seconds later and asked for my payment. I told her she would have to wait because I wasn't gonna mess up my nails getting it she went and told the owner that I wasn't paying her. That should have been my last time going but I still gave them another chance. Well last night I went to princess nails and I was amazed at how clean it was. How kind they were and what a great job they did. Also they never reuse the files or scrubby things for your feet. They open a new package in front of you and give it to you when they are done. I usually love going here because they take their time, but today everything was completely rushed and my nails look so bad. I walked out as they closed, took a good look and almost cried. I paid $66 dollars for a half-assed job and I've never had to say that. One nail looks lumpy, and I can see through a few others. She definitely noticed there was a white spec in my BLACK nail polish, picked at it and when she couldn't get it out, she just continued as if nothing was wrong. . I've never been so disappointed.
