I’ve been here several times over the past few months but I will never come back again. I have NEVER had such a painful nail experience in my life and I’ve been getting the same thing done for years (regular acrylic). I have blisters on 3 of my fingertips from where she kept burning me with filer. I flinched and said ow several times but nothing changed. She just became rude. And then I was charged almost double what I usually pay because she had to fix one - they’ve had to fix a nail or two before and have never charged me. This is absolutely my favorite nail salon, hands-down! Luxury Nail Spa is awesome. This is the one nail salon that I've gone to and not felt like the need to request a certain person, (but Jenny is awesome)! You can really get just about anyone there and leave a happy customer! I have never had an issue with my nails here.  They also use Belly Rewards. For every 50 points (10 visits) you earn, you get $15 off your next visit. It can get pretty packed, but the wait is never really too long. They are pretty efficient without necessarily making you feel rushed. Everyone is friendly and extremely professional. It's always super clean and they are sure to use sanitary practices. The location is excellent! It's located at The Forum, so it's very convenient to leave there and drop in a few other places as needed. Overall: Check them out and maybe go next door to grab frozen yogurt! Read Less

I did love coming here but lately I have had to come back to have my nails work repaired . The gel polish that I got chipped the next day. The previous time before I had to come back to have another nail repaired ( it was not my fault). I pay good money to have nails done and its difficult to go back for things like this. When I walked in I was pleased with the environment. It was a disaster when I started getting my toes done for a classic pedicure, she cut my toes on my left foot 3 different times, and they all started bleeding. She left them alone and didn’t even bother wiping them off because they were still bleeding. Came back and poured acetone on them to stop the bleeding. I stopped her multiple times and flinched and said ouch, but the acetone was a bit much for me to handle. I am hoping they sanitize their tools, because they had blood on them from my toes bleeding. I will not be going back there, I thought it being in Peachtree Corners it would be a nice salon, but it was not. Now this is day two in sandals because my left toes are swollen and tender and inflamed along with my big toe on my right foot. Horrible. Came with a friend who’s been coming here for YEARS. Her nails always look amazing and we decided to go together. My pedicure looks fine. I also decided to get a full set SNS. I could tell the lady didn’t really know what she was doing. She kept burning my skin with the nail file to the point my 3 of my fingers started bleeding. The color on my SNS was uneven (darker in some spots than others) and the shape is a mess. I also think the girl at the front gave the nail tech the wrong color. The color I picked was a light pink, and the color I received has a purple tint. I told the girls working the front, and the didn’t seem concerned at all. They weren’t apologetic at all and didn’t offer an adequate solution. I won’t be back here ever again. $50 not well spent on horrible work. Read Less

Going here with my favorite Sister (shhhhh! don't tell the others!) was ***such*** a treat! We were heading to her daughter's bridal shower and this was just the right mix of R&R and luxury! My feet were in awful shape and the tech really earned her pay working on me and I was getting a little anxious about getting to Snellville on time, since my feet were so pathetic - it all worked out!Sister had a gel mani and I had the standard mani/pedi.Why no 5th star? Sister said they would do the mani/pedi at the same time and actually that is true *only* if you get gel nails done. Had I known this I would have opted for gels for the durability and to keep us on track time wise.Also, I caught a glimpse of a small fridge that looked like it held water and vino and I would have so enjoyed a pre-shower adult beverage but was not offered one. The quality of both the mani and pedi was really good and Sister is a regular here. I hope to visit Luxury Nails in the future because the massage chairs are so relaxing, and, hopefully my sister can join me and we can catch up and visit while we get our polish on! Read Less

My is amazing! Everyone there is great but I travel WAY out of my way to come here from Cumming because they are so friendly and clean. This is one of the largest nail salons I've ever been to. Tvs are always on HGTV with captions on so you actually know what's going on. My is awesome when there's an ingrown. She's patient but persistent and never tortures me. They have multiple options for deluxe pedicures. They can get pricy but are way worth it. I know if I'm getting a royal treatment pedicure that I need to budget a good couple of hours. But if you are getting pampered, why would you want to rush!?!? :-) They are all perfectionists and I've had my hands and feet done by many people there. You can trust them all. This place is VERY clean and they never reuse things like files or buffers. Everyone gets a new set every time. They participate in Belly so download the app and check in when there for great discounts. Also, tell them if it's your birthday. You get a nice discount on your birthday. The service was great and my nails look perfect. I try not to be "that" customer but I'll admit that I was a pain and changed my mind about what I wanted and the nail tech was so nice about it. I had a gel polish done. Three days later it started to crack and one started to peel. I went back and the manager told me "oh your nails are weak" and that it was my problem basically. I never had this problem with gel nails in my life. Then, because I didn't spend the extra 15 dollars on a manicure she told me it could've been the oil/water on my nails and that they don't guarantee the nails to be in quality condition (though they are the ones who took my old color off). This nail salon refused to take responsibility. I had them redo it and now my nails have no problems. I will never be back. They say they're "Luxury" but they use cheap products or have nail techs who aren't qualified. A luxury nail salon should be able to work with all nail types. The best thing about this place was that my nail tech , Helen was explaining what she was doing and made me feel like she really knew what she was doing. She did a really great job. UPDATED: my rating went from a 3 to a 2 because I got my nails done on Saturday and the polish chipped by Monday. I went here because my coworker gets her nails done here and they always look good. I was torn between giving this place a 5 for doing a great job and a 1 for being liars. So I gave a 3. I asked for a gel nail full set. The girl brings out acrylic and lies to me and says it is powder gel. I would have just gotten up and walked out but she had already starte...d doing my nails. I should have asked to see her gel product first before I let her even touch me so I can really only blame myself. And I didn't want to make a scene or argue with her or just call her a liar to her face so I just let her finish my nails. I will never go to this place and ask for gel nails again. I decided to go online after I left to do more research, new products come out all the time, right? But every thing I found just confirmed what I already knew, those nails were not gel. Gel is gel and acrylic is powder, the end. Besides the lie, the girl, Ami who did my nails was nice and she did a good job on my nails. I specifically wanted rose gold chrome finish coffin nails and she delivered. The nails are beautiful and look just how I wanted them to. Also Ami was nice and personable. I rarely get my nails done. I went in and showed a picture of what I wanted. The lady at the desk told me it would be $48. I thought it was expensive but agreed to it. The nail tech painted my nails the wrong color and when I mentioned it she acted like I had said it was fine. I never showed a picture with white tips. I said I wanted black and showed a picture of black tips. Then they just started speaking in another language and I felt like they were talking about me. It's n...ot my fault there was a miscommunication. After she fixed it I felt like she rushed to get it done. I saw imperfections before I even left..then when I went to pay they said it would be $50. What happened to the $48 I was quoted? She asked if I'd like her to break it down for me? NO. You should have offered a discount for doing my nails the wrong color, and then rushing to get them done whilst leaving imperfections and a raw cuticle on my thumb. Found this nail salon thanks to fellow Yelpers!Stopped in at about 230PM on a Tuesday after getting some work done in the area. I was immediately greeted & seated for a gel mani/pedi. Two women came to me right away, no wait at all. I saw this happen to every customer during the entire duration, nobody had to wait more than 3 minutes. The place is clean & made me feel comfortable, not out of place at all. I appreciated how everybody on the pedi chairs were seated one apart from each other so no one felt too crowded. Also, most of the nail techs speak English well - which shouldn't be a plus - but it helps when speaking to them about what you want. There were probably 15 or so people working too, showing that this place stays busy even on a Tuesday afternoon. I was happy with my nails in general. After the appointment I did have a decent amount of redness in my cuticles which wasn't comfortable. Also I never had to get up during my mani to wash my hands, which was nice but also made me wonder why that was. All in all this place was great & I'd visit again if in the area. Read Less

If you're in need of some pampering, then this is the spot! Love how clean and meticulous this shop is and how well they take care of their customers. They even have a loyalty program for frequent visits! They can get busy on fridays, which is understandable but they will call or text you when your spot is ready. I've been here multiple times and usually have no problem, but I feel like the quality of service is starting to suffer. My visit this past Saturday will likely be my last one. My pedicure came out fine, no problem there, but my manicure, is a while different story. My nails are so unevenly filed and shaped that I just can't look at them without getting angry. My cuticles are looking rough. And the service isn't always that friendly. I'll be told that there is a wait, but others will come after me and get seated. And the technicians don't tend to be that friendly. Maybe they view certain clientele as more worth their charms than me. That's fine. Read Less

This is a great place to get your nails done. Prices are regular and the quality is excellent. I like the fact they are gentle on the cuticles (if you like it to be cut deeper just ask them). They have hundreds of colors to choose from and can do art on the nails as well as glow in the dark fun colors! Perfect for summer  I had Kathy do mine but everyone is wonderful and very welcoming! I had my first visit yesterday. I made an appointment and was seen on time. I got a basic mani/pedi. The polish on my fingernails is already cracking/peeling less than 24 hours later. My cuticles look awful, even though she did spend time on them. My pedicure seems pretty nice though. And service was pretty quick. I'd probably go back for a pedicure, but I don't think I'd get a manicure again. I don't feel like my manicure looks any better than when I do it myself. Read Less

My mom, sister and I went here last Sunday to get a pedicure, and it was honestly probably my least favorite salon I've ever visited. The leg massage was non existent, I paid for a 45 minute pedicure that lasted for roughly 30, and my sister, technician charged her for a pedicure she didn't ask for and repeatedly told her she didn't want. This place looks very nice when you walk in, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the results that I got after my visit. I called ahead and told them I wanted my acrylic tips removed and SNS polish applied bc my nails have grown out. When I sat down, the nail tech started drilling the polish off. She drilled almost all the way down to the nail and then soaked in acetone for a few minutes and then drilled all the way down to my natural nail, tearing the ends off and got the nail so thin that it was causing me pain. At this point I told her I didn't want the SNS since she had drilled my nails down to the quick and I didn't want to paint them being as short and weak as she had made them. I told her to just do a manicure but NOT to cut my cuticles, just to push them back. She proceeded to cut all of them anyway. My nails are now so weak and splitting and have bled and cracked and will take months to recover. I will NEVER trust going to a salon I haven't been to before. This, however is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I think was bothered me the most is that not only did I pay $25 for someone to take off my tips and destroy my nails, but the lady who rang me up (manager/owner?) didn't seem at all apologetic when I told her what happened. Luxury Nails Spa is located next to the Yogurtland across from Trader Joe's at the Forum.  This establishment is one of the cleanest and nicest looking nail salons I've been to.  They have about 20 chairs and many manicure stations.  I would highly recommend making an appointment as they get very packed in the evenings and some walk-ins had to be turned away due to a wait.  Guess people really love this place!This was my first visit to Luxury Nails and I came armed with a Pinterest post with what I wanted.  Everyone was super friendly to me.  Never once did I feel uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place - I saw clean tools come straight out of the sanitizing package.  They also have a ridiculous amount of gel nail colors to choose from across various brands.  I spent a good 15 minutes picking through the colors to find the perfect ones that matched my Pinterest picture.My did my nails  - she was super friendly and we had a good conversation throughout the process.  She was also super patient with what could have been a rather complex nail job.  The final result came out almost exactly like the picture, so no complaints there!  My cuticles also look flawless.... everything was looking really ratchet before getting these done.I would definitely return here to get my nails done - prices are reasonable and service is super friendly.  Most importantly, the place is clean!!  I'd recommend Luxury Nails to anyone looking for some nice nail art or your basic set of gel nails. I like this place because they are always on time when you have an appointment and you can get a pedicure and gel manicure in an hour. The place seems clean and they have a good selection of colors. I also like salons that paint the sample nails so you can get a better sense of what color you would like to choose. It's also in really convenient location (The Forum) to shop before and after. I went in Christmas Eve as I got a gift certificate from my bosses! I got a regular manicure with gel and a regular pedicure. The woman who did my feet was a rough cleaning my nails and cut my big toe which hurts so much! My gel manicure looks nice but way thick and my thumb is already lifting on the side and it's only been one day! I also did my eyebrows and they came out a bit thin and the oil placed on my face after the wax broke me out. I am planning to go in to get my nail fixed but I don't plan to come back to this salon! The service is not upscale as the price you pay especially for a store in The Forum. I am going back to my regular nail salon which treats me like family especially since I am pregnant and knows what I like. Read Less

5 stars! They are absolutely amazing! My full set gel mani and gel pedi has lasted through a Bahamas vacation and being in a VERY salt pool (my silver tarnished but my nails didn't). Each time I'm in ATL I try to visit this nail shop. Two days ago I went and it was just not a great experience. The lady that did my feet did not hardly understand what I was saying. I asked for her not to place three layers on my feet but she did on certain toes. So now my big toe is chipping. The lady that did my nails was pregnant and in a very crabby mode. She asked me did I want two layers of shellac? Umm yes ma'am. I explained to her that shellac & nail polish is different. My nails are not even but she did a ok job with the polish. I've been a client for more than two years, and prior to going to Luxury Nails tried several other salons, but none as good as Luxury Nails.  Professional and attentive service every time. Always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. I've had several techs at Luxury Nails, and everyone has been very good.  Nina P., however, is my go-to, for both manis and pedis.  She takes her time, does a fantastic job, and we have a great chat all the while.  If Nina P isn't available, I will ask for Thao, who likewise does a perfect job.  They will often work together, if time is an issue and I ask for mani and pedi to be done at the same time.  Very clean, huge selection of colors.  I'm always happy with their services.  You may need an appointment with these two, as they are often busy.  Speaks to their talent.
