Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hair done! Always made welcome and feel so relaxed. Caroline knows how I like my hair and never disappoints All of the other ladies are very friendly too. Definitely recommend every time! xx

I had training done by this company! They have a training school named Lauren E Summer, I feel gutted as I feel like I’ve learnt nothing from the Course. I got emailed manuals from the company and an...
I had training done by this company! They have a training school named Lauren E Summer, I feel gutted as I feel like I’ve learnt nothing from the Course. I got emailed manuals from the company and an exam, I never got no proper training. I never got learnt the weights in Eyelashes. I also never got learnt the sizes to use for to order Eyelashes or showed properly where they go on the eyelash. No patch test was done on my client, the tools they supplied where full of old glue.... The lighting was bad. I never actually got shown to remove the semi permanent Eyelashes. I walked away from this course not feeling confident at all I paid £99. I asked for a refund and all I got told was that there is no refund. Very poor training I never got told any suppliers or any information regarding the course and she given me a certificate. I will be taking matters further. As all emails to the Lauren are been ignored please do not waste your time and money with this poor standards of training by Lauren E summer Training School. See More

I found this salon 6 years ago from a groupon voucher and I have been a regular ever since. I am complimented on my lash extensions on a regular basis and wouldn’t go anywhere else for them now. It’s such a lovely salon I travel from South Shields to Washington to visit it.

Had a facial done today by Rachel, AMAZING!! I am 8 months pregnant and my skin looking and feels the best it's done my whole pregnancy. I cannot thank her enough, she made me feel welcome and was very professional, she is also very knowledgeable on the product and gave good advice on my skin care. I have had facials in the past too by Lauren who was equally amazing. The dermalogica product are super, they last for ages so good value for money. Look forward to my next visit! Thanks ladies!! 🌟

Love getting my hair cut or coulered here with Caroline. Always leave loving my hair She does a great job for a great price too. The salon is stylish but you instantly feel relaxed when you walk in. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and all do their best to make you feel comfortable. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone. I have also had my eyebrows waxed here and my nails done and again would not hesitate to come again for any beauty treatments xx

Everyone is friendly and welcoming and all do their best to make you feel comfortable. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone.
