I have used this nail bar for six years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Admittedly it can be very busy which just shows how popular it is. I have only used one other nail/beauty salon in Wallsend when this salon was closed for a holiday and the results were awful, lost 3 nails in 2 days whilst on holiday and the nail varnish didn't cover the complete nail.

My nails are usually perfect from here but on Friday (18th) I had them done and afterwards noticed little bubbles in my gel polish, and the person had filled a lump down in the nail when the polish was on and didn't paint over it so I have an odd, discoloured line on my index finger. I was one of the last customers in and they were rushing so I think that's affected the quality of my nails. I wasn't too bothered about the polish and had planned on coming in and paying for it re-done but yesterday I noticed my nail had started lifting, by the end of the day it was off! Really disappointed as my nails from here usually last 6 weeks. Just overall wasn't a great experience this time.

Made my nails too short and all different lengths. Definitely not happy also they are currently really sore, I asked for coffin and they look square, not coming here again, rip off

I enjoyed the atmosphere and it must be good because it was heaving. The problem is, I got so bored with waiting that I left and didn't even get mt nails done. 😂

Absolutely disgusting services had walk out after sitting for 45 after a was told when a booked appointment come down in 30 mins the bloke attitude in the shop is so in professional

I love getting my nails done here, they are always done to perfection.. all the staff are friendly especially when you get to no them I do nothing but have a laff with them all.. my nails always stay ...
I love getting my nails done here, they are always done to perfection.. all the staff are friendly especially when you get to no them I do nothing but have a laff with them all.. my nails always stay on for a good two week before I have to infill.. thanks and keep up the good work

Disgusted to pay 20 quid for daughters colour change nails on Monday and by Tuesday didn't change anymore, went down and demanded 10 pounds to rectify the bad job they had made.

I have used this nail bar for six years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Admittedly it can be very busy which just shows how popular it is. My nails are usually perfect from here but on Friday (18th) I had them done and afterwards noticed little bubbles in my gel polish, and the person had filled a lump down in the nail when the polish was on and didn't paint over it so I have an odd, discoloured line on my index finger.
