Worst set of nails I've had total bodge job the nail tips didn't fit my nails the acrylic didn't cover half of my nails and being a nail tech my self and didn't have time to do my own I knew exactly what I was talking about I went back to complain to be told everything I was saying was wrong and they were made no better got offered a free infils I didn't want them infilled they were that bad looked like a 5 year old had done then would not recommend

I'm not one to comment on bad customer service or to comment if a job is done badly, all I ask is that it's put right, mistakes happen but after visiting this shop the first time the job was horrendous! As I work late and struggle to find time to get my nails done I thought I would re-visit as they are open later, I thought I'd give them a second chance maybe it was just the person that had done them the first time? I have now come to realise this is not the case! The second ⋯⋯visit was worse! Customer service was not that great and my nails are like duck beaks they are bumpy and rushed! However I did mention that they needed to be more flat and the lady applied even more acrylic, surely she should have just filed them a little more. I have acrylic all over my fingers and round the sides they haven't buffed them properly. They either need to get some proper nail technicians or shut the place down! I am absolutely furious! I have learnt my lesson and will not be going back here again. 查看更多

Absolute joke of a nail bar. Had my nails done and the finish of them looks like a child has done them, the lady didn't even file them down/cut my nail underneath! Then didn't file them down at all to make the surface rough for the gel on top. Had them done and 5 days later two nails had come up! Don't bother going back into the shop though, they'll tell you that your a liar and should have come in immediately to get them sorted out. I don't know anyone who works in hospitality over Christmas that is able to just drop everything and wait 2 hours for incompetent staff to sort sub standard nails? The way the manager went on was ridiculous, adding weeks to the date I actually got them done, in order to save her own face. I can't stress it enough ladies, do not waste your money and time going here!! I'll never, ever go back. Horrendous!!

Really unhygienic to have a nail salon in the middle of a mall where passing people are coughing, sneezing and breathing all over your fingers before they are covered in acrylic, trapping all the germ...
Really unhygienic to have a nail salon in the middle of a mall where passing people are coughing, sneezing and breathing all over your fingers before they are covered in acrylic, trapping all the germs between the acrylic or gel and your fingers. Much prefer the one in the Metro Centre where it's inside and more spacious

Came to the metro centre and wanted my nails done so i went in here and i certainly will never go back here, got passed around to every person who works there to do different parts of my accrylic nail...
Came to the metro centre and wanted my nails done so i went in here and i certainly will never go back here, got passed around to every person who works there to do different parts of my accrylic nails, they are really thin, the nail varnish is a mess it looks like a child has done them, and now one has snapped off 1 day after having them done, should not charge people before they do the nails they should charge after they are complete! Such a con!

Absolute waste of time and money, would never go back. Staff seemed to be arguing with each other which was awkward, and not a pleasant customer experience. However, the biggest issue with my nails was that straight after walking out of the shop my nail varnish smudged and dented as they hadn't dried properly, which meant that I had to buy an £8 bottle of nail varnish to fix the issue myself. They still do not look great though, the finish is poor. I can't understand why they would let a customer walk out with wet nails, as this is a recipe for disaster. People should think carefully before going there. I definitely prefer Hollywood, I only didn't go there because the queue was so large. I certainly will NOT go back to supreme nails.

I went in today with my mam to both have infills. The staff seem very inexperienced and the quality of our nails is very poor. I still had nail varnish on come the time for my acrylic and a cracked nail was just covered up. we were both put on clear nail varnish and not asked if we would like a colour on. Staff are either texting or listening to music on iPods.

Been with my friend before, some of the ladies are lovely but others aren't so much! The lady that done my nails was very rough, cut all of my fingers and stuck a nail to my skin so has torn and made a deep cut, manners were terrible and no customer service at all. Another lady came over at the end and had to put antiseptic liquid on my fingers as she noticed they were all cut. At the end she painted my nails and I was told they were dry, only to go out and they were all smudged. Paid £25 and did get £5 back and a £5 voucher after I complained but will not be returning. As I said, some ladies were lovely but some very bad.

What a disappointment - wish I had read reviews on here first! £25 pounds for gel nails and the standard is appalling! After waiting for half an hour and having some one jump the queue because there is no queuing system, I eventually sat down. A quick stick on of tips and then to wait for someone else to do the el which took her a total of about 30 seconds!! There was no uv light involved at all which meant the shine you usually get was none existent!! Usually two top layers are put on - I had a clear polish put on unevenly and when I got home found 4 nails chipped already!! What a huge disappointed - It could be justified for a cheep £10 but not £25! Nails ruined for Christmas now- might even need to pay to get them sorted!!

I'm not one to comment on bad customer service or to comment if a job is done badly, all I ask is that it's put right, mistakes happen but after visiting this shop the first time the job was horrendous! Absolute waste of time and money, would never go back. Staff seemed to be arguing with each other which was awkward, and not a pleasant customer experience. I went in today with my mam to both have infills. The staff seem very inexperienced and the quality of our nails is very poor. I still had nail varnish on come the time for my acrylic and a cracked nail was just covered up. we were both put on clear nail varnish and not asked if we would like a colour on. Been with my friend before, some of the ladies are lovely but others aren't so much! The lady that done my nails was very rough, cut all of my fingers and stuck a nail to my skin so has torn and made a deep cut, manners were terrible and no customer service at all. What a disappointment - wish I had read reviews on here first! £25 pounds for gel nails and the standard is appalling! After waiting for half an hour and having some one jump the queue because there is no queuing system, I eventually sat down.
