Pre booked an appointment for a men's cut. On walking 5 minutes before my appointment was due I saw a lady stood not at but next to reception desk. On telling her I had booked an appointment she said "who's it with" I said I didn't request any particular stylist. She didn't seem bothered to make me feel welcome at all. Very bad and worst experience I ever had so far. I am a person who don't normally cut hair often and prefer to have long hair. I have been to Rez two three times quite a while ago. This time I wanted to change my hairstyle, wanted front cut. The girl on the reception was polite and welcoming. Last time they charged me more while in the half way through just bcoz my hair was thick and so time for blow dry takes longer. But then I understood and paid extra. She said £23 for wash, cut and blow dry. I agreed and my hair got washed in a nice manner by the girl who received me. Then I shown her some of the photos from web how I wanted my haircut and I clearly said I don't want to thin my hair ends. After few discussions we came to conclusion about partition and front cut and she started to dry my hair. I first thought she is going to cut my hair after little bit drying. In the meanwhile, another lady (who is from Poland) came to help this girl to dry my hair. They both started drying my hair on both sides and straightened it. I stopped them in the half way through and asked what they are doing. They said starightening. And I never asked for it. It was too late they said. Ok, I thought let's go for it. Once it's done the polish lady took over fully and said the other girl to go. She didn't even ask what she is going to do. So rude. Even she did hurt me while she was using sharp comb, and while drying she burnt me few times with hot air. That was so annoying. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be horrible and so I kept quiet. She did front cut with wrong partition and when I stopped her I the middle, she doesn't even understand what I am saying and she was bossing me. She even said, "you are a stressful person, u need to calm down". Bloody hell, I was so shocked and sat down and didn't know what to do. And she started thin down the hair ends which I don't wanted. At the end, she asked me if I want hairspray or serum. I said serum only. I don't want hairspray. Not even half a minute, while she was correcting my front cut she sprayed my hair with hairspray. I didn't even get a chance to stop her. So disguising and she is such a diagrace to service industry. I ended up £23 and left the place with horrible hair. I will never ever go back there and I don't recommend this saloon to anyone else. Read Less
