Came here with two of my friends they made of my friends nails bleed cos they filed and cut down to low, being very rough and had a horrible attitude towards her when she felt ill and had to stand outside. They messed up my other friends nails, rushed them and when asked them to be removed got really angry, shouting and slamming hands down the tables and demanded she still payed fully for it all. Would never reccomend anyone to go here, went today there was 2 people in with me with only 2 staff, they rushed all of my nails, also were very rough when they were using the file, making it very painful, also very bad customer service, also when my nails were drying, one of the staff members a boy was standing squeezing his spots in the mirror, and then picked his nose, he had snots all over his hands and then went and touched my hands, very unhygienic, made me feel sick, as he never washed his hands, will never return back to this salon, the finish on my nails are terrible, they aren’t levelled out properly and the colour isn’t on properly!
