Wouldn’t even give one star if it was possible. Honestly the worst nails I’ve ever had done. Couldn’t get booked in at my usual salon (I only have gels) so thought I would give these a try. I can’t even pick one thing that is nice about them, the shape - especially thumbs - is horrible, they’re messily done and the colour is patchy and almost see through in parts, and you can see the white of my nails on my right hand. The customer service was also awful I was left for a good 10 minutes with no explaination, and then as soon as the girls lunch was mentioned she just rushed - she forgot my base coat on three nails and had to start again! Then as soon as I was done there was no ‘are they okay’ ‘you happy’ she didn’t know how quickly to get me out the shop. So angry I have wasted £20 on these, and will have to rebook at my usual salon to get them sorted. Replying to response from owner: Hi, thanks for your response.
