I booked me and my friend in for a 'deluxe' pedicure at £20 each. It was so bad I wanted to leave when they brought a bucket of Luke warm water over instead of a foot spa but I thought it may get better worst pedicure we've ever had can't believe we paid £40 for it. It was my second treatment with her and she remembered my likes and dislikes and was far more confident than when we first met, which made for a better experience and I think a better manicure. I really can’t recommend Heaven Therapy highly enough! I started seeing Alanna six years ago for pain for which I had had numerous treatments, including injections and medication. After a series of weekly treatments, she not only took care of the pain, but had resolved the problem entirely! She exceeded all of my expectations and continues to do so. Her touch is extremely intuitive and the quality of her massages is exceptional. Additionally, I feel like she treats the whole person, not just the issue, and always has helpful suggestions on how to deal with the issue in between treatments. In my six years of attending, the cleanliness of the environment has always been top notch. Both Craig and Alanna have been extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a prenatal massage today with Lindsey as I am 20 weeks pregnant and my little lad is playing havoc with my lower back. The massage was done really nicely and I think I may have dozed off on one side as I barely slept last night and it takes a lot for me to fall asleep so would highly recommend Lindsey. Read Less

I visit Heaven Therapy for a regular massage treatment every 3-4 weeks and have been going for over 1 year now. Staff are so welcoming, treatments are to an exceptional high standard every time ensuring I leave the treatment feeling better than when I first arrived! I have also had facials and nails here and again treatments are to a high standard and always really good value. rang and inquired about the facial massage advertised on their website at 2 different prices. jess who took the call explained one is only 30 min whereas the more expensive one is 60 min. i explained that on website it's advertised as both 60 minutes, with 2 different prices and no other details. she then went on to say one of them offers a deeper clean etc. It appeared to me its just something she come up with to give me an answer and shut me off, clearly no clue whatsoever about the products they offer, prices, and current offers. moreover i went ahead with my facial appointment, guess who has been charged the most expensive price and only for 45 min! Mee! definitely not booking any more facial. i also had few massage sessions, which were quite pleasant however on one occasion when i was left to lie on the bed before a massage session, i went on to rest my face down where the bed has a gap and noticed the tissue paper had foundation marks on it which makes me think clearly wasn't changed from previous customer, never mind about wiping the area with an antibacterial wipe. I know it's nothing major, but don't know anyone who would like to rest their face for one hour into somebody else's sweat and foundation. It's details like these every companies should be able to stress on staff if they want to build up a good reputation and clientele as competition is quite high.Read Less
