I have had my eyebrows done by three of the beauticians here and each time they have done an exceptional job. The staff are incredibly professional and fully trained in HD brows. They keep a record of your eyebrows and hair growth so that you can see the progress of the shape of your eyebrows at each appointment. I cannot praise them enough. I had my eyebrows done at a salon on Northumberland Street before I heard about Salon M and the beautician had ruined my eyebrows - they were completely odd. Thankfully, after changing to Salon M my eyebrows are now even and in a nice shape. Thank you Loretta, Heather and I  forget the name of the other girl (please forgive me). I went a while ago to get my hair done it was terrible (thick, streaky highlights that were far apart) , I've been back twice to get it fixed. The first time they just tried to cover it with a toner that washed right out- not that it looked much better before it washed out. When I said my hair looked just as bad before I came in I was told by the manager I must just not want highlights and that they're meant to look like stripey at the top (I've had highlights before that didn't look like that but maybe that's just the way they do them here). When I came the last time the woman who did my hair was great and she actually covered it with dye and it looked much better but there was only so much she could do without dying it way too dark and especially now that the dye has washed out a little it still looks a mess. The colour is uneven, it still looks streaky and tick and like I said, is a bit of a mess. It sounds like this is a good salon for beauty treatments and my haircut was fine but I'd never recommend anyone gets colour done here. I noticed when they were putting my hair in foils that they were using much thicker pieces of hair and a lot more dye than other, better salons I've been to so maybe it's just their technique but wouldn't recommend it at all. The staff were nice for trying to fix it free of charge so many times but I see no point in going back again, just a waste of my time at this point, going to get it properly fixed at my usual salon. I go to Salon M for hair and beauty. Went today for beauty and met Kimberley for the first time. I am continuously surprised by how amazing the service at Salon M is, for everything they offer. Every beautician I have had has been amazing, professional, friendly and highly skilled in what they do. They are not the most expensive Salon, but provide a 5 star service, I would definitely pay more for the treatments I receive. So happy with the results every time. Never going to go elsewhere!!!!
