Always friendly helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Very relaxed. And the only hairdressers where I have been a repeat customer in ten years. I intend to stay a long term customer and recommend it to anyone in the Newcastle area. It's worth travelling to!!

Great salon! Attentive and helpful team who ensure your comfort until your time. Drinks are always offered and more importantly, get a great cut/style. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

What a top class salon with first class customer care!
I have been purchasing hair products from this salon for several years because the quality is amazing.
Last week I placed an order for the " Magic Blowdry Potion" which really does give professional results.
Unfortunately it did not arrive. I rang the salon and explained this.
Really can't believe that the next morning someone from the company came out to my house to deliver a replacement order and a free sample of their new product.

I have been purchasing hair products from this salon for several years because the quality is amazing.
