Can't recommend Levoi enough after my visit today. The attention to detail from start to finish is meticulous. The colours are so amazing and plentiful that you will find it hard to decide on which one to plump for ! I was charged £48 for nail extensions incl polish yet on their website it's quoted as only being £38 for the Long Island nails ... and if you look on their page it actually says £38 .. so I was overcharged by £10.. I booked in as a treat before a wedding. I had a gel polish on my own nails, no acrylic, with nail art (a glittery horizontal stripe) and paid £45 for it. The pattern is nice but it has chipped after 2 days. I understand there is a 7 day policy to repair chips but I don't have time to return and I'm at a wedding. Very disappointing for £45. I also had a leg wax. Ann didn't seem to be able to get the wax off my legs and after scraping at it with her nail, proceeded to use twe...ezers to try and remove the remaining wax. I have never had this problem before. It left my legs very red and sore. After a wax you would expect a certain level of redness but this was extremely painful. However worst of all was the eye brow wax. After 3 days my eyebrows are still very red and swollen. I have not had an allergic reaction to the wax as it is not swollen underneath the brow, only above the brow which suggests a fault of application rather than product.
