I popped in Juicy's last night to make an appointment for HD Brows (1st time at Juicy's usually have my brows done in town). Very professional and bent over backwards to fit me in for the next day. Great experience, very friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere and I love my eyebrows will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be coming here from now on for my beauty treatments. Thanks again.

Got booked in quickly. Despite being busy Lauren was lovely, friendly and put me at ease. I hate getting waxed but she chatted away to me and so barely knew was having it done. Will use again

Mixed up my booking the day before ladies day and gave no alternative leaving me frantically searching for a salon at short notice on probably one of the busiest days of the year. Fortunately I found a lovely lady who opened up early (7am) on ladies day just to fit me in and made a wonderful job of my nails so it's fair to say that I will be using the lovely Claire at Alpha Femme for all my beauty needs from now on. It's a shame because blonde Lauren is a lovely young lass however the same can't be said about the management and if I could have written this review without leaving any stars I would have due to the disgusting customer service that was shown towards me for their mistake!!

Me and my friend had our lashes done a while back for a wedding. Lovely salon and staff, very clean and her lashes were gorgeous but mine weren't at all how I asked, the technician was nice and tried to fix them but I left very disappointed, and £16 lighter.

Mixed up my booking the day before ladies day and gave no alternative leaving me frantically searching for a salon at short notice on probably one of the busiest days of the year. Fortunately I found a lovely lady who opened up early (7am) on ladies day just to fit me in and made a wonderful job of my nails so it's fair to say that I will be using the lovely Claire at Alpha Femme for all my beauty needs from now on.
