If I could give you zero starts and write a review I would. Sweetest girl did pedi/mani for my mom. I scheduled an appointment for double mani/pedi for some mother daughter time. Girl started on my moms feet and it took forever to get anyone to do my pedicure. By the time a nail tech started my pedicure my mom was onto her gel manicure. When nail tech by the name of Long was done with my pedicure (mediocre at best) my mom was done with her pedicure and gel manicure. When I asked him how long it would take because I wanted to spend time with my mom, Long said: “haven’t you ever had to wait at a doctors office. Hit or miss. The first two times I’ve been here, I loved it. Both times, I received an excellent gel manicure. The people helping me were very attentive and took care of me right away. Can’t say the same for my third visit for a pedicure. As soon as I walked in, a woman I had not seen before asked what I wanted and was also the one who checked me out. She said nothing upon my payment either, just swiped my card, handed me a pen and that was it. Zero customer service. I got a ...simple pedi and the man who did the pedi, cut my nails way too short and filed them unevenly. He kept looking at the front door while working on my nails. The paint job was subpar. I could have done a better pedicure at home myself (which is why I go to a professional to get it done).
