Staff were rude and had no time to even give advice, after she started doing my nails I worried they were looking a bit long. So said to the woman I don't want them really long and even said I would like them similar to hers . She rushed me said I needed to decide now there my nails. I told her I hadn't had extensions before she just kept saying decide now not later there your nails. Also huffing as if I was really irritating her, I felt so awkward and uncomfortable I said ok to the nails, they hadn't been painted and didn't seem as long, when I went to get the colour done they couldn't ombre, this was disappointing as I had went in wanting an ombre, the girl was off apparently and before they would do colour the asked for the payment. I was going to pay with card, they couldn't take card. Luckily I had my friend there who went to take the cash out. She started on my nails and when she was done gave me £5 change when should have been £6 this was also a bit cheaky. Not one of the staff even tried to make me comfortable they just acted annoyed I was even there, the nails turned out horribly I've had to file and cut them down myself, really disappointed with everything.
