Made my nails bleed, horrible scabs underneath fingers from where the skin was filed away, and to add to it, the gel polish I got on started peeling after a few days. Wouldn't reccomend and won't be going back. Read Less

Went in to have nails done for a special occasion and I have to say I was very disappointed . Although the staff were really helpful and friendly I will not be going back for my nails . They were lumpy and bumpy , when nail varnish was applied it wasn't smooth you could see every brush stroke . Having just moved to Columbus, it's very hard to find a nail salon who does what you want and how you want it done. This salon was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I only go here for eyebrows and Tracy is amazing at what she does...the wait can be rather long so I recommend going as soon as they open or right before they close....walk straight to the back of the salon pull a number and have a seat....be careful though some women often pull 4-5 numbers holding spots for their friends....overall great service from Tracy SHES AMAZING Read Less

I went in on Jan 7,2016 and paid $42+$8 tip for a balance, replace 2 nails, & nail art. The next day the 2 nails she replaced completely fell off like they weren't even attached to my nail. I called and the guy on phone said I could come back and get them fixed so I tried to give them the chance to fix it. So I go in the next day to get them fixed and the guy tells me I have to wait another hr for the girl that did them. I didn't think it was right that I had to wait another... hr for them to fix their mistake but I couldn't wait so I asked if I could come back. So next time I go back he tells me it's gonna b 45 mins for that girl so I asked if someone else could fix them and he very rudely told me if I wanted them fixed I had to wait on her. So she's fixes them. Now it's like 10 days later and once again the whole nail falls off that she fixed and another one came off. Frankly, the BEST nails I've ever had in my entire 51-years-young life! Only went once this past June, but zero complaints! Well ventilated shop. Clean. Attractive. Friendly. No long wait. The male nail tech who gave me the most gorgeous solar nails ever was named Ludi, I believe. I looked like a million bucks at the beach and for three weeks solid! Sure hope I got his name right.
